SUPER BAD!!! The host didn't send instructions how to enter the house and did not answer their phone. We lost 3 hours of our lives and had to book another more expensive accommodation.

We felt the en-suite shower room was in an odd place and compromised the bedroom somewhat. But still useful to have!

The location was outstanding except for the large road cleaning machine which came up each morning at about 7.15 but frankly happy to bear that noise for the short walk into town. All the facilities were excellent and the owner phoned us after we arrived to make sure everything was OK. For our group of eight this property was ideal and we had great time sharing good food, games etc

Loved the home!

Honfleur house was so lovely. It is a very old house in keeping with the age of the village, but the bathrooms & kitchen are updated, and the house has all the modern conveniences you need. The house was very clean and well stocked. Lesley went above & beyond as host -- she was super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Only suggestions for improvements - fans for the upper bedrooms and fluffier pillows.

Overall, the house and location were lovely. We’d plan our next visit during the fall or spring.

The property was walking distance from dozens of restaurants and shops. It was a comfortable size for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teens).

We arrived during a heat wave (bad timing on our part). The house was terribly hot so we had to sleep with all the windows open. Unfortunately, the trash/street trucks came by almost every morning around 6am.

Fabulous location right in the centre of town. very comfortable house very well equipped, exceeded our expectations. only disadvantage is two flights of stairs to nearest loo!, from outside. need to stay longer next time.

Die Lage

Als wir eintrafen, waren noch Säcke und gebrauchte Wäsche in einem Zimmer. Ausserdem war das Bett wohl noch benutzt worden. Das Badezimmer war nicht gereinigt. Nach mehreren Telefongesprächen mit den Besitzern und der Kontaktaufnahme durch einen Freund der Familie, haben wir nach Absprache den 1. Stock nicht benutzt und uns je ein Zimmer geteilt. Wir haben dieses Haus auch gebucht um je ein Einzelzimmer zu benutzen.
