Charming quite house
Beautiful French style house, very good location, calm street, close to the town center. Cozy garden available, shared with guests of other houses within the locality, but each has its own privacy. Slightly steep stairs for babies and the elderly up to the loft, but with care absolutely trouble free. Perfectly equipped kitchen as well as the whole house. Even if there is no parking at the property, it is possible to stop, unload luggage and park in the parking lot about 5 min. walk for free. Very nice hosts, perfect communication.

Despite the positives, I would not do this again and would not recommend it.
The bed was very comfortable; the overall space was pleasant/comfortable. It was a lovely setting and the renovation was nicely done.
The parking situation was misrepresented- there is no onsite parking; in fact, the off-site parking is very difficult to come by and when you do find it, it’s pretty far away and it’s a hike up to the property. There was no personal interaction with the “host” at all. It was not clear how much of the related outdoor space was available to us. The stairs from the living level up to the bedroom level feels pretty treacherous, unsafe, difficult to navigate. The kitchen needs more light. Despite the positives of the space and the experience- our overall “feeling” is negative, unfortunately.

everything was good, but there is no parking space( its there but almost impossible to get one). garbage bag has to be put somewhere in end of road which was never clear. even if this has to be done it should have been in the garbage container near or in property … it was a puzzle in the end

The location was lovely, clean, quiet, and beautiful. 5 minute walk from the hustle bustle. Stunning view of neighbors rose garden and the river in the distance.
Printed instructions for stove and dishwasher would have been useful.

Fantastic hosts, great place. 10 out of 10!
We scheduled our road trip particularly to staying at this place! We liked a lot the idea of nice garden and proximity to the city center. Martine and Philippe were very welcoming and kind by helping us with the parking and unloading our car. They also surprised us with a bottle of cider and small treats during our stay. Their tips on sightseeing and detailed instructions were very helpful. The house was cosy and well equipped with all the amenities. We highly recommend this place for a family vacation or romantic getaway.
