Hacía calor (ola de calor) pero he de decir q solicitamos un ventilador y nos lo pusieron inmediatamente

The location was excellent and the underground garage was great (if a little tight for a large car!). The lift was essential and much appreciated. The information packs were useful.

There was no information about where to buy groceries. The bed was a bit lumpy. There was no soap or hand towel in the kitchen.

Les Armateurs was very clean modern and in a fantastic location. Well equipped with a very comfortable mattress , wonderful shower and great tv . The lift was a bonus and Private parking was a plus but a bit tight and tricky, ( reverse into the garage best option)

Only thing not to like was the pillows! They were like cushions, too big high and firm for comfort.

The size, the comfort of the apartment and its location were great. The carpark too (if your car is not a big one!).

The so-called conciergerie Remi Griffoul, which prouds itsel of being 5 stars, is basically a call center. No one shows up to welcome you at the apartment or the carpark. You are on your own to figure out their exact locations, how to get the keys upon arrival and how to get in. They call it "autonomous check-in" . It is very stressful among the notoriously heavy Honfleur traffic. Upon departure, they even ask you to remove the bedsheets and assemble the bath towels, to place back the dishes clean (no issue here) and dry in their cabinets, and last but no least to take away your waste and sort it out among the city containers outside on the street. You are still on your own upon check-out by the way. Ask them a question on the phone, they will ask you to look at the pictures in their links. Is it only me or how come these remarks are not featured in the reviews on the booking.com website? Please note as well they let you check-in at 4pm and you must leave at 11am for some 240 euros/night, no breakfast included. One of my worst experiences in terms of service in a supposed 4- star accomodation. Not to be repeated as far as I am concerned and Good luck to you all!
