Rarely does a property exceed expectations ……this one did! The location was just perfect, being able to watch Honfleur wake up and go to sleep from the balcony was fascinating. The house was immaculate, beautifully presented, thoughtfully equipped - just stunning throughout. Already planning a return to this beautiful home.

Beautiful home - perfect location

This home was amazing. The location was perfect for walking everywhere we wanted to go. Valerie was very responsive when we had questions, both about the home and about Honfleur in general. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could want and more. They even had a wheeled shopping trolley for use getting groceries.

I was delighted the moment I walked in! What a spacious, beautifully appointed, and calming environment. It also had a balcony for enjoying your wine! The hosts have taken care of everything- coffee/tea, luxurious bedding and bath products, and a list of fantastic restaurants. Beautiful breezes and quiet nights. Location was exceptional…. Open the front door , take a right, and you are at the Vieux Basin! One of the best homes I have stayed in❤️

Superb stay near the heart of Honfleur.

I booked the stay because of the location and pictures and I have to say it exceeded my expectations! Close to the center of town, and walking distance to the market; extremely clean and well appointed, with comfortable beds. Having a code for the door instead of a key made it easy to go in and out when needed. The bathrooms have all the modern necessities, and the bedding is comfortable. We were also able to enjoy sitting out on the deck in the afternoon.

Certainly not any fault of the proprietors, but parking can be a challenge.

Wonderful

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old port - you can see the busy town but also be in a quieter street. The house is beautiful! The balcony was wonderful, relaxing with the atmosphere of the evening, but in our own space. Closing the window kept all the sound out if we didn't want to hear it. The accommodation was really comfortable (the best beds), stylish furniture, good internet and very clean. The was plenty of everything provided and the finishing touches were lovely. Even though it's on the street, once inside it felt very private. We want to return and if we had a home in Honfleur - we would want this to be it. Loved it.

Really very minor points. No soap dispenser in the downstairs loo, and the stairs had to be taken slowly (very tight spiral staircases) but to be expected in a house of this age. Worth knowing if anyone travelling in the group may have mobility issues. Everything else was just perfect!

The house was gorgeous, located right in the centre of town, walking distance from restaurants and water side.

Parking can be a little tricky. We got one right in front of the house, which made it easy for unloading / loading luggage. There is no designated parking.

The accommodation was fantastic. A very old house but modern renovated so it kept its old charm while being luxurious at the same time. Well equiped. Very close to the inner harbour and shops. We should have stayed longer.

Valérie was incredibly helpful. Impeccably clean. location was terrific. street parking was sometimes available.

All of the furniture in the living area had very short legs. As tall people when we sat down our knees were higher than our hips. getting up from the furniture was a challenge. This can be fixed. The stairs leading to the upper levels are a nightmare. This can’t be fixed. The window treatments in the kitchen/dining areas are very sheer. I like more privacy.

A great place to stay in Honfleur.

The apartment was very comfortable, well maintained and equipped. Located only a few minutes walk from the Old Basin and easy to walk to all the main attractions. Honfleur has lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance from the apartment also.

Check before you use some of the nearby car parks as they are expensive to park all day or overnight. Check out the free parking on the edge of the town , it’s about 15 minutes walk to the apartment.

We had an amazing time in Honfleur, lovely weather, good food and wine.

Perfect location and so quiet eventhough you are right in the middle of Honfleur. The property is beautifully furnished, the bedrooms were large especially the top floor bedroom, very comfortable beds, really lovely shower and products. The property was very well equipped, the host had provided cereal, water, tea, coffee, all the essentials you need plus a bottle of Cider.

Beautiful house in Honfleur center, with lots of space. Nice and stylish living with access to the balcony. Two very nice bedrooms on 1st floor and a big master bedroom on 2nd under the rooftop. Kitchen well equipped and with two bathrooms and three toilets no stress between our teens!!! ;)

Perfect original Maison de Ville in excellent location

The house is beautiful and very well equipped for a family. The location is also perfect as it is in the centre of town and the little balcony at the rear is perfect for people watching. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return to stay on this lovely house again. We would not hesitate to recommend this property as a great house in a great location to visit & explore Honfleur & surroundings for a weekend or a week.

Una perla rara... Se la dovessero vendere sarei il primo offerente!

La casa è ristrutturata con un gusto spettacolare. Tutto è curato nei minimo particolari, casa perfetta per una famiglia. La scala è sicuramente la parte meno agevole ma è anche parte della bellezza della casa. Posizione ottima per visitare la bellissima Honfleur. Parcheggio un po' complicato ma con un po' di pazienza si trova.
