Honfleur dreams

Wonderful location! If you want to stay in the heart of Honfleur, you can't get much better. Clean apartment as well. The view from the apartment is amazing. Generally the accommodations are well laid out, nicely furnished, and quiet.

Stairs to get into the apartment are narrow, steep, and long. Consider your luggage and ability to get it up the stairs. Also, wish the parking was a bit closer, but it's definitely an acceptable trade-off for the location.

The location was superb and the views amazing. Communication from host was great and it’s a lovely apartment with everything you need. My family loved it.

It wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it’s a top floor with old stairs. It was fine for us.

Location was excellent, great for popping in and out of the town throughout the day. My husband and I spent a few days here after some bustling days in Paris and it was the perfect spot to slow down and enjoy the beautiful town.

Great view and well located. Be prepared to climb stairs and duck.

The view is fantastic. The room is cute and has a nice central area for you to hang out. Location is excellent. Key pickup was a little complicated with expectation that we pick up the key at their office. Kindly one of the staff agreed to meet us at the property. She was very helpful.

I underestimated from the photos just how low the ceilings are. While there are a few high/vaulted areas, about half of the floor space requires some form of ducking. at 6'2" I had no where to fully stand in the bathroom and much of the kitchen. Also being top floor, there are substantial stairs. As much as I really enjoyed the view, I probably would not stay again. Minor issues include running out of toilet paper, and limited bedding for our daughter to sleep on the couch.

Total enchantment with Lucarne Enchantee and Honfleur.

This property is just wonderful for a stay in the centre of Honfleur. We drove to Honfleur and found there was plenty of parking within a few minutes walk of the apartment, some free and some €5 per day. The views over the old harbour are as stunning in real life as the photos show. The apartment is small but perfectly formed and has everything you could need. It has been very cleverly designed to accommodate the historical features of the building but to give the modern comforts that we all love! The location is superb, literally out of the front door on to the old harbour. Plenty of wonderful places to eat and drink nearby, also a great bakery, fish monger and cheese shop nearby as well as a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and the concierge team were very helpful. We would visit again in a heart beat!

There was a slight mix up over the key collection, as it didn’t happen as stated n the instructions. However, it was all sorted by the concierge team.

Sehr schön für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, danach braucht man eine Nacht zum Ausschlafen.

Die Lage am Hafen war super, der Blick auf den Hafen toll, die Ausstattung des Studios ist perfekt. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm.

Bei offenen Fenster kann man nicht schlafen, da der Geräuschpegel aus den umliegenden Restaurants und Bar sehr hoch ist. Man hat in den Sommermonaten die Wahl zwischen Hitze und Lärm. Auf der Galerie könnte das Fenster mal geputzt werden und ein Handlauf an der sehr steilen Treppe wäre wünschenswert.

Bellissimo appartamento mansardato all’ultimo piano di un palazzo nel centro di Honfleur fronte porto canale. Ben arredato pulito e accogliente con tutto quello che serve. Molto silenzioso nonostante le attività commerciali di ristorazione al piano terra. Check in puntuale su orario concordato. Attenzione non c’è ascensore e le scale sono un po’ strette.
