La situation géographique et la possibilité de garer sa voiture pas très loin
La salle de bain vraiment très étroite et vu les chaleurs il serait bien utile de préciser que c’est sous toiture.

La proximité au port
Impossible de stationner pas de volet au logement situé au 3eme étage alors que nous avons des soucis de santé douche trop petite pour mon conjoint et on entend les voisins qui partent à 3h du matin et qui rentrent tard ce logement est vraiment cher je ne prendrais plud
