La proximité du logement la boîte à clef
Le duplex au dessus énormément de bruit jusqu’à très tard . Dans le salon on avait l’impression d’être à côté d’une autoroute on entendais tout les bruits de voiture les gens qui parlent les valises sur le pavé et comme si il étaient dans notre salon !!!!

Très bonne situation géographique et appartement agréable pour un court séjour.
La note sur le confort n'est liée qu'au bruit entendu du logement du dessus. En effet, nous entendons tous les pas. N'ayant séjourné que quelques jours ceci était tout à fait supportable.
