Location in pedestrian zone

Small apartment, problem to hang clothes because cleaner equipment cramped into wardrobe, 1 toilet roll for 3 nights, hard to enter/exit apartment garage when house owners park cars opposite garage entrance.

Great location, it's perfect for one night stay

The location is superb to visit the city for a day: the main marina and square just 5 minutes of slow walking. The street the hotel is on is very scenic and nice for making photos in the morning when there are just a few people outside. There is a decent parking right in the building. The size of apartment was good for family of five.

The sofa was a little bit run down. The sheet cleanliness was questionable - they were clean, though they have some old spots on them. Furniture is basic.

Good location but Apartment 42 is not the best one to stay in.

The location was good for the centre of Honfleur and the free parking at Naturospace. The apartment was clean.

We were in apartment 42. Because it was in the eaves the windows were small and it had sloping ceilings, This made the place dark and as I am over 6 foot tall there were parts I couldn't reach and I had to duck to get into bed. I discovered the dishwasher was not heating the water. I told reception who said their technician would look at it. I heard nothing so raised it again at checkout. Apparently he said it was working correctly. He obviously hadn't checked if it was heating. As we were there 10 days we were due a change of linen. The towels were changed but not the sheets. Could have done with some more kitchen equipment e.g. no small sharp knife. The " pop up plug" in the bathroom basin was broken and therefore ineffective.

I'd rather have stayed in an Iraqi prison than here.

Very good location. We were given a small refund because the front desk and manager realized how bad things were, and appeared to want to help at first, but they refused to make the proper reimbursement for such an appalling stay. We explained that it was our 40th wedding anniversary and because of the horrible WiFi, we missed a very important celebratory call with former students in Japan. Also, we have lived in Honfleur, even writing a novel set in the town, and stayed at many apts. there, but this place would get our poorest rating. Believe me you can get a lot better for less money!

The WiFi was completely useless. We were offered a room in the main building to see if that would be better, but the internet in that room was unsatisfactory, as well. It should be mentioned that I was assured in a booking.com message prior to my stay that their WiFi was working well. There were other issues with the apartment, as well, however. First of all, when we arrived for check-in at four o’clock, the apartment was not ready and we had to wait with our dog in our car in a public parking lot. We then found that there were no instructions for the unusual door entry system or the rather confusing dishwasher and oven/microwave. The vacuum cleaner was old. It also would have been very helpful to have a few coffee pods and tea bags as well as some salt, pepper, sugar, and a couple more towels. The maid was a bit surly when asked for help with the door locking system and again when my wife asked for a blanket (in both French and English) just pointing to her cart saying…”No.” It should be mentioned that while the internet problem was the most disappointing, twice the key card system that opened the front door did not work. Had I not been told the code for the building’s parking garage door after the system’s first failure, my dog and I would have been locked out for a second time when card reader again didn’t work!

This was an excellent base for our week stop in Honfleur

This studio apartment was in the middle of the pedestrian zone in Honfleur, so very close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spacious and well equipped, with a comfortable bed and a private terrace. We had secure parking underneath and didn't have any problems driving through pedestrian zone with our permit.

Perfect location and accommodation for a family of 3 in Honfleur

We were only there for a night, however would definitely return for a longer stay. All the conveniences of an apartment with the advantages of a hotel. The terrasse was a great bonus for a short visit.

The appartement is very nice and well placed.

On the flat description there were 2 separated Rooms (there was also a plan in the photo gallery, showing the 2 Rooms) but they give us an open space flat with one bed in front of the the other one and there is no privacy at all.

Good choice for short stay in central Honfleur would stay again

Very central, clean and bright, good shower and comfortable bed. Bed and towels changed midweek. outside patio with table great

Underground parking space very tight for large cars. Had a few issues with ants but cleared up quickly. Sofa could have been more comfy. It would have been good to have dish cloth and tea towels.

The location and room quality just about outweighs the inconvenience.

Very central location in the port of Honfleur and close to many restaurants.

Impossible to get near by car as street was being rebuilt. We had to go to a hotel 300m away to get the key and then trudge back with our luggage. None of this was at all clear when we booked. We then had to do the same when we left.

Brilliant place to stay.

Have stayed at this apartment many times it is always clean and comfortable. Usually parking is brilliant. The girl on the desk at the hotel was really friendly and dealt with any problem with a smile. Also allowed us to lengthen our stay at the carpark. All in all, we love this apartment for its position, its quality of stay, its cleanliness and for the professional treatment we get from the staff at the hotel.

Road closures have meant we have had to unload and carry quite a distance which involves steep steps and a long walk to the secure parking. This is not the fault of the hotel though. Also, this is usually a quiet location but work being carried out on a wall at the back was noisy and could be heard in the rooms we had. Finally the saucepans in our room were unclean and full of dried remnants. This problem was dealt with beautifully by the desk staff though.

Indoor parking was fabulous. We liked our garden view. Great breakfast place near by: “SaQuaNa”, as well as other near by restaurants for dinner. Location was perfect for seeing museums, seeing the harbor area, parks, and taking a boat ride. ..

We would like to have directions for kitchen appliances including what kind of pods to by for the coffee maker since we were not familiar with this type of coffee maker. Even better, a few coffee pods to start us off. Also since we are traveling light, it would have been nice to have shampoo and a lotion available.

Excellent location. Friendly and efficient reception at Best Western. Very clean and fresh. Large bathroom and shower. Very good facilities and enough room for family with 2 kids. Overall - excellent for a few nights stay.

Not a big drawback - can be somewhat stuffy/hot and if the windows are open - can hear the street quiet a bit. Have to park in a public parking and walk back.
