Would definitely recommend this luxury BnB. It's my very first time and I loved the experience.

I appreciated the lateness of my request - yet Bryan was just so very welcoming grateful thanks. It felt safe. I liked that I had so much space and access to amenities. I liked that I could just drive straight into a free car park. Almost felt like a hotel stay - without the slippers hhhh. It was homely, tasteful decor, super comfy bed, awesome shower pressure - the little things that matter the most.

Fridge a lil noisy. I would have preferred a light snack in fridge - I was starving as I forget to eat.

A disgrace. Nothing was as described. We only stayed one night and were refused a refund

The room was dark, damp, filthy dirty and smelt. There was mould in the shower room. The buffet breakfast was 2 pieces of bread, a selection from 3 cereals in plastic containers. Looked old and stale. I small pot of butter and jam. Tea bags were loose in a container. Not fresh and looked like they had been there weeks. We have pictures to support our claims. There was a filthy dirty long haired rug that we were unhappy to walk on. Dish cloth was filthy.

A very comfortable, clean room that had a nice "homely" element about it. Would love to stay again!

There was plenty of food, and options provided for our breakfast the next morning. The self-contained room we stayed in had a well-appointed kitchen that had everything we needed if we were to do our own cooking while there. I also liked the fact there were quite a collection of cookbooks that sounded interesting, and I would have loved to check some of them out if we were staying longer.

For me personally, the bed was hard and I struggled to get a good sleep but this is a personal preference thing. As a tradie I picked up several obvious diy installations but it's a b&b not a 5 star hotel so acceptable

Without my hosts I couldnt have located Waikumete cemetary(main purpose of my trip) and they even ga

breakfast was plentifull and varied, the yoghurt and peach provided was a pleasant surprise and I really liked the bread.Strawberry jam had real strawberries and there was plenty of it. The bathroom air disipator lasted for a sensibly long period of time. The curtain separating the kitchen was well placed. Finally I was v. gratefull that my hosts put my passports and some money to one side for me, very gratefull.Also Bryan privided some very important maps, without which I would have had great difficulty in carrying out the main purpose of my trip.

Excellent informative hosts, breakfast provided in room everyday to adhere to COVID regulations, property was spotlessly clean and hosts have clearly gone above and beyond with little touches to make stays as comfortable and memorable as possible.

Location for us wasn't a problem as we had a car, but may be out of the way for others looking to be closer to Auckland

Would not stay again

Host upgraded our room at no cost given other room was vacant.

Cleanliness was lacking - Cockroach in drawer next to bed, carpet dirty, clutter around property. Wifi was spotty at best but didn’t work most of the time. Breakfast was disappointing. Instant coffee, bread slices, and a tiny cup of yogurt and fruit left in the refrigerator. We stayed at 10 different places during our travel through New Zealand and unfortunately this is the only one we can’t recommend.

Stay was quiet, relaxing, reasonable with friendly & kind host & hostess.

Hostess individualized our breakfast with providing both soy milk, skim milk, rye bread, oj for us as well as yogurt as we asked for. Very kind & beneficial for both our diets & desires. Definitely enjoyed this! Thank you!

Location site closer to downtown Auckland but very quiet & comfortable with many extras, such as kitchen pans, spices, to allow us to make our own individual meals and sleep well. Thank you!

Great spot to stay for a couple of nights! Breakfast was provided by the host - they left peaches, yogurt and juice in the fridge and a selection of fresh muffins, crossaints and toast. Gorgeous garden wrapping around the property!!
