Room cleanliness was excellent and staff were very courteous, pleasant and polite. Location is also very convenient close to the motorway, food joints, groceries etc.

Was a cosy little room, it was clean an well presented, the sign in Wi-Fi was a bonus the view from the balcony was cool, we didn't really need the staff help as it was one night only. Another bonus was the shuttle Soho Hotel had provided to get us fans to and from Metallica at
Eden Park, it was loud and packed with fans. I will keep Soho Hotel in my address book for future reference. Thank you very much 👍
