    Good service. Was able to check in late without an issue. Booked an hour before arrival. Room clean great space and comfortable.

    They use a very old system that relies entirely on staff answering the phone. Late check-in requires you to use their intercom doorbell and wait for a staff member to respond. I tried several times while waiting outside on a cold night. I requested a refund a few days later, but instead of apologising, they blamed us for failing to follow instructions. I double-checked, and no after-hours check-in instructions were ever sent. They are quick to warn you that there are no cancellations or refunds for a no-show on the listing, the emails, the receipt, but they say nothing about special instructions for after hours check-in and what happens when they fail to check you in. They also require a photo ID at check-in. However, even though I managed to slip through the front doors when someone walked out, there was still no staff available to check me in or verify my ID. Relying solely on an intercom is an outdated way to run a hotel. Do not expect a modern experience; I would only recommend this place to people who enjoy old hotels with cumbersome processes. I ended up booking an *** around the corner. The entire process - booking, commuting, and getting inside - took just 10 minutes. That was much quicker than my 30+ minute wait for Quest.
