Was not worth the money

The only good thing was staff. They can't speak English but by chatgpt we were able to communicate

There was stove but nothing to cook with it, there was no dishes or utensils. We bought a cake and they did not give us a knife or even fork to be able to eat it. There was fridge in room but not working😅 Also no air conditioning

It was affordable and not too far from good food.

The bathroom was terrible. The floor was flooded from the shower and the toilet still had toilet paper in it from the last guest since it is a faucet flush.

Nice hotel with big appartment.

Big and nice appartment with big bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lady at reception was very helpful with finding the parking lot and as well with all needed information.

The hotel itself is just fine for 1 night if you don't have high expectations and if you need to rest a bit from the journey you just had and the day to come.

Somebody should have taken out the barking dog that keeps you from sleeping and wakes you up early. The rooms don't have aircon, so you will be sweating in summer, like we did. The breakfast lady doesn't really want to work there. If something is finished, it will not be replenished, so come early. Bonus: you need to eat the banana at your table, don't you dare to take it outside

Good room but I would never stay again because they take your passport.

Good room and bathroom

I wouldn't stay again because they take your passport. This just shouldn't happen. In the morning, they said I hadn't left anything with them and tried to send me away without my passport. I had to stand and insist they look for it, in the end they had held it against somebody else's room so they found it and gave it to me. I would never stay somewhere if I knew they took your passport. Anything could happen to it.

Hotel piu pessimo di Italia!!!!

Salve a tutti. Scrivo per futuri clienti di questa pensione perché hotel non lho posso chiamare.Andate dove potete ma non qui.Una struttura orrenda!!!! Ho prenotato con mio marito una stanza matrimoniale di 20mq e quando siamo arrivati in struttura ci hanno portato a un mini appartamento che era fuori della struttura a 100 m dove non aveva nessuna inscrizione.Abbiamo rifiutato ovviamente e alla fine ci ha dato una stanza di 10mq di preciso stanza nr 5..Due letti separati senza comodini,senza le tende,senza bidè.fili di elettricità volanti,soffitto che sta per cadere in testa al bagno.Spechio sempre del bagno senza una mensola.E questo senza colazione ci ha costato 114 euro per una notte da incubo.Io non lo so come non è chiusa fin'ora questa struttura. Non sono una persona con tante pretese, mi adatto a qualsiasi esigenza ma questo veramente mi ha lasciato senza parole.Un albergo così spartano non ho mai visto in Italia.Mi sto domandando come ancora funziona???? Leggete anche altre recensioni non solo la mia.Mai Schenatti da Sondrio!!!!!

Niente, è tutto spartano ,stanze senza comodini,porte rotte, senza bidè ecc,ecc.Scapate di questa pensione perché non vale come hotel manco di una stella!!!!!

Nous avions une réservation pour deux chambres, pour deux adultes. Arrivés à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste nous a laissé entendre qu'il n'y avait plus qu'une chambre disponible, et que nous pouvions l'occuper, étant donné qu'il y avait un grand lit de deux places. Nous avons décliné la proposition, et avons choisi de ne pas occuper une chambre à deux, alors que nous avions une réservation pour deux chambres. Curieusement, j'ai reçu un mail me disant que je suis débiteur auprès de votre hôtel pour non présentation physique à l'hôtel. Comment est-ce possible? L'hôtel n'a pas respecté son engagement à réserver deux chambres. Pourquoi dois-je payer pour deux chambres au motif que nous ne nous sommes pas présentés, alors nous étions bien sur place?

Hotel che vale una stella non di più. Camere minuscole e sporche. Fili volanti, polvere. Un grosso cane stazionava nella struttura disteso a terra e non si spostava.

Ok voor de prijs, jammer van het ontbijt.

Men is volop bezig met het hotel te renoveren. Ik had een kamer die nog niet was gerenoveerd. De kamer was inderdaad wat afgeleefd maar proper.

Het ontbijt, als je al kan spreken van een ontbijt. Er waren blijkbaar niet genoeg gasten om voor een ontbijt te zorgen. Naast het hotel is een soort van krantenwinkel waar je ook een koffie kan drinken, dat was het dan als ontbijt. Die krantenwinkel hoort bij het hotel, heeft een aparte ingang maar ook via de lobby van het hotel kan je binnenwandelen. Je kan daar niet zitten dus rechtstaand een koffie en een croissant noemen zij een ontbijt, niet ok.

Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten (Umbau). Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Zentrums. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Via dei terazzamenti verläuft in unmittelbarer Nähe.

ottimo hotel di tradizione familiare, ti fanno sentire a casa

Hotel tradizionale a conduzione familiare, tutto il personale è gentile e disponibile, molto ben posizionato, vicino a tutto, le camere sono grandi, confortevoli e pulite, il bagno è grande, con la vasca (pulita). Nonostante siano arrivati tardi, ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi, e ci hanno indicato dove andare a cena, referenziati da loro. In generale è stato tutto perfetto, ritorneremo sicuramente
