One of the best places we have ever stayed

We loved everything!Its such a wonderful place to stay that it was a pity that we had just one night to sleep there.As we are traveling on a motorcycle ,the owner was kind enough to open his big out door and let us park the motoguzzi in his safe yard,even though we arrived late . One should certainly choose this place which has even a billiard table to play!!

Perfect owner, lovely town

The owner was super kind and thoughtful. We booked in last minute late night. He immediately contacted and even came to accompany us from the train station. The house was very authentic and cleaned. He thought of everything. It waa really best place we have stayed during entire trip.

Well equipped apartment and nice host!

Very big apartment with all the important amenities and great location. The host was easy to contact and there was no problem checking in at night (our train was greatly late due to weather conditions). Host offered to prepare some food for us when we arrived after our delayed train. It was very nice to have our own kitchen and abundant breakfast that we could partly also cook ourselves. Fresh bread was delivered to our door every morning, which was nice. Location in the city is very good and the city is also cosy. We had great time!

Very friendly host and a place with real character. Suited me well for an overnight stay while passing through and the location gave a good feel for the old town centre. Quiet and peaceful. Would be good for a longer stay.

Gerardo is super friendly, helpful, and kind! It was an amazing experience and I will definitely come back to Sondrio again. The breakfast was super good and you have everything you need in the apartment. The bed was really comfortable and I just felt like home! The B&B is really perfectly located in the center, so it's close to the train station and to everything you might need. Also, it has its own charm. Super thank you, Gerardo!!! Honestly, I don't have anything to complain about the place. It is well located, the price is affordable and you have great comfort, breakfast and a super plus is the staff is the best :) So yes, nothing I can complain about it! :)

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. He arranged a wine tasting for us. He helped to move our baggage to the house from the car. He gave us a map and showed us where the more interesting parts of town were. Everything necessary was provided.

Not much natural light in the apartment. Not much privacy; the two windows both opened onto other apartments. It was difficult to drive to the house so we did not have ready access back to our car.

-kind host, -comfortable bed -huge room (bigger than the appartement I live in), -very clean and well equipped room (tea, coffe, microwave, fridge, hair drayer, etc. even a washing machine, and a sound system...). -you also have fruits, biscuits, yoghurt and juices and milk for breakfast - included.

it is in a pedestrian area, so you will have to leave the car in one of the nearby streets, (max. 5 minutes of walking distance) but that's ok.

L'esperienza complessiva è stata positiva: è probabile che tornerò alla Stufa Rossa.

La struttura è in posizione centralissima e non lontana dalla stazione ferroviaria. Inoltre nelle immediate vicinanze si possono individuare più soluzioni per il pranzo o la cena. Benché la camera possa essere definita "spartana", il bagno si è rivelato pulito e dotato di tutto quanto necessario. La doccia offriva acqua ben calda ed una portata più che adeguata. La camera offriva anche un ampio scrittoio, assai apprezzato per chi, come me, arriva in struttura ma ha ancora del lavoro da sbrigare.

Con modesti investimenti - si potrebbe dotare la camera di una lampada da tavolo (o sul mobile facente funzione di comodino) e di un tappeto posizionato davanti al letto, per migliorare il comfort (per es.: quando ci si veste, il mattino).

Struttura molto accogliente, fornita di ogni comfort come lavatrice, lavastoviglie, pentolame. Avevamo anche diversi caffè, piatto di frutta. Comoda per i servizi, il padrone di casa è molto gentile e accogliente, ci ha anche illustrato i posti per comprare prodotti tipici e locali economici e ci ha anche consigliato attività di fare a Sondrio come passeggiate, visita alla distilleria ecc.. Siamo stati molto felici del nostro soggiorno

En ple centre de Sondrio, una antiga casa molt acollidora i amb fruita fresca, cafè i te a l'àmplia habitació. Un poc difícil de trobar però el senyor que ho duu molt amable t'espera al carrer. Em van permetre deixar la moto a cobert en un pati interior.

Camera in posizione centralissima, con possibilità di parcheggiare un'auto a breve distanza. Il proprietario della Stufa Rossa, Gerardo, si è mostrato estrememamente disponibile, aiutandoci anche a risolvere una questione a cui eravamo andati incontro per nostra insipienza.

Bellissima!

Fantastica struttura nel pieno centro di Sondrio molto vicina alla stazione! E'stato tutto molto magico: la struttura è bella e caratteristica e il titolare Gerardo è fantastico: gentile e disponibile, ci siamo trovati benissimo! la camera era pulita e molto grande, era tutto davvero perfetto! Se dovessi tornare a Sondrio sicuramente tornerò qui!
