The stay was very very comfortable. It matched quality of a star hotel in the comfort of a home. Facilities in the kitchen were top notch, room was very very clean and spacious. After cold day in the snow it was the perfect and apt comfort we needed.

Amazing place for a perfect stay. 100% Recommend

Very nice and cozy place. Very clean, spacious room and bathroom, warm and comfy. The owners Gabriele and Letizia are very good and friendly people. Terrace with amazing view. Property is walking distance from city center 10-15 min walk, which is perfect after dinner to do a walk. Would recommend to anyone.

Piacevole soggiorno con vista spettacolare dal terrazzo

Soggiorno piacevole! Camera pulita, nuova e arredata con gusto. In cucina è disponibile tutto il necessario, anche la colazione. Posizione perfetta, circa 15 min a piedi dal centro di Sondrio e ne vale la pena perchè l’appartamento si trova in un punto molto panoramico e stare sul terrazzino con di fronte le montagne è molto rilassante! Consigliamo villa borghino

Prima del nostro arrivo ci era stato comunicato che sarebbe stato possibile anticipare il check-in alle 13:00. Tuttavia, quando siamo arrivati, la camera non era ancora pronta. Per noi non è stato un problema, perché ci interessava solo lasciare gli zaini (cosa che comunque ci è stata permessa), ma capisco che per qualcun altro questo potrebbe creare disagio o modificare i propri piani. Per la prossima volta, consiglierei quindi di evitare di confermare un check-in anticipato se poi non è garantito.

CURA E ACCOGLIENZA

Bellissimo l'arredamento e la cortesia dell'host nel far trovare qualcosa per la colazione e il minibar non vuoto. Appartamento pulito e provvisto di tutto l'occorrente per un ottimo soggiorno. Inoltre il parcheggio al coperto appena sotto la struttura è un grande punto a favore

Un lato negativo è la posizione alta della struttura. Senza macchina può diventare scomodo.

Monolocale nuovo con tutti i servizi. Cani ammessi. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la cura della proprietaria nel mettere a disposizione tutto quanto necessario: ciabattine di cortesia, biscotti, latte, bottiglie acqua, una vastissima scelta di tisane. Parcheggio in garage privato incluso nel prezzo. Panorama spettacolare su Sondrio. Consigliatissimo!

Purtroppo l'appartamento aveva solo acqua calda, no acqua fredda. Il che non è il massimo in estate, quando fa molto caldo. E' stata una sorpresa poco piacevole. Il frigorifero era piccolo, almeno per la ns. permanenza di 10 giorni, per 3 persone.

Stanza veramente confortevole. Ampia, molto pulita, kit bagno, wifi, tisane disponibili in camera. Posto auto al coperto. Zona cucina in comune con caffè a disposizione e alcune cose per la colazione. Comunicazione eccellente con i proprietari. Stanza situata al secondo piano senza ascensore. Consiglio.

Tutto perfetto. Molto consigliato.

Ottima posizione, leggermente fuori da centro storico, in un contesto residenziale. Camera ampia, spaziosa e molto pulita. La colazione non era inclusa, ma la proprietà di ha fatto trovare tutto l'occorrente per una colazione fai da te: caffe, te, bollitore, brioche, biscotti e yogurt. I cani sono ben accetti e non ho pagato un extra costo per la pulizia della camera. Molto consigliato.

Esperienza positiva

La struttura è molto carina e nuova. L'host si è dimostrata molto gentile e disponibile fin da subito. Molto gentile e premurosa verso i nostri amici animali e ci ha permesso di arrivare un po' prima del check in. La cucina in comune è fornita di tutto ciò che serve ed è stato molto piacevole avere a disposizione qualcosa per fare colazione. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio all'interno della loro autorimessa privata.

La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative: accogliente e ben curata. L’host si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo. Peccato esserci fermati solo per una notte! Molto comodo anche il parcheggio all’interno dell’autorimessa privata. Graditissima sorpresa la colazione offerta, nonostante non fosse inclusa al momento della prenotazione. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio.

Krásné ubytování v mestečku Sondrio. Krasné, čisté pokoje.:) Skvélá komunikace s majiteli. Děkujeme!

Paní domácí nabízela i menší pohoštění formou sušenek, croissantů, jogurty, i přesto že jsme neměli v ceně žádne stravování. Pokoj byl krásný, pohodlné postele, vše je lazeno do svétlého stylu a citíte se zde velmi dobře. Je zde hezká teráska s výhledem na hory. Parkovací misto je v rámci ubytovaní. Paní domácí je úžasná a pečujicí.

Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku.

Struttura posta in alto di una collina dove si vede tutta Sondrio. Pulizia e comfort della camera molto bene. Anche la cucina in comune era ottima e aveva tutti gli utensili. Ringrazio ancora lo staff per avermi portato il bagaglio gigante all'andata. Colazione offerta dalla struttura, non aspettato ma molto gradito. Come la scoperta degli yogurt valtellinesi di un caseario locale, che siamo andati il giorno dopo.

C'era una perdita d'acqua nel miscelatore quando si attiva il doccino.
