Perfect for a couple

Amazing location, gracious host, wonderful facilities

The location is superb. Alessio is communicative and very helpful. The apartment has absolutely everything to make the stay comfortable. I was here whilst my daughter was in hospital and I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

Central, clean and new! Top pick for my stay in Sondrio

Stayed one night in a studio at first floor, the studio is renovated, nice and clean with plenty of space, aircon in the room, nice little kitchen, there was 2 bottles of water in the fridge which I appreciate, the hotel is very central at walking distance from everything. Alessio was very helpful when I arrived showing me everything I needed to know and gave me some tips about local restaurants.

The chosen room did not have a balcony, but not a big deal anyway

Not reflecting the money or the " 4 star stay"

One member that we interacted at check in was quite friendly and ready to help.

The studio had as a main bed for 2 people a sofa bed that was quite uncomfortable and still have sore body from sleeping there. Bathroom shower had mold and I wouldn't say it reflected the amount of money that we paid for 5 nights (100+ a night). I've stayed in many 4 star hotel and that was not even close! During our 5 nights there we only had once someone who happened to ask us to make up our room. I wouldn't go there if you expect a luxurious 4 star residence as that was definitely not the case!

Nice host, comfy new and clean room.

Friendly helpful host. Everything was new and clean. The host allowed me late check out with no extra charge due to special medical condition. Five minutes walking distance to the hospital which was important for me. Also five minutes walking from an old city area.

Pretty much everything around including cafes and food places was closed on Sunday.

There was no breakfast. But the location was great. Smack in the city center of Sondrio, close to the train station, but not uncomfortably close.

Very friendly and helpful staff, location is perfect & worth the money!

We loved our stay in the apartment, Alessio, our host, was super friendly, polite & super available. He gave us helpful information about attraction sights in the city & around and where to eat. The place location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the center and supermarket. Totally recommend it!

Struttura consigliata e ubicata strategicamente in zona comoda .

Stanza molto grande , con cucina a disposizione e ben attrezzata . Posto auto dedicato ed al coperto. Bella terrazza , comoda (l'unica cosa è che avevamo un solo uno sdraio a disposizione ) . Abbiamo apprezzato molto che , anticipatamente , avevamo chiesto due cuscini in piu'. E li abbiamo trovati , per di piu' di consistenza diversa...comodissimi ) .Tutto molto pulito. La struttura è comodamente vicino al centro di Sondrio con una passeggiata.

Ottimo residence, pulizia giornaliera con cambio asciugamani, comodità di parcheggio sotto il residence, terrazza ampia, unico problema era l' accesso al letto parte sinistra che era troppo vicino al muro per motivo di spazio nella camera da letto e mancanza di prese elettriche vicino al letto. Posizione ottima vicino al centro.

Consiglierei di mettere un porta bagno schiuma nella doccia.
