The hotel is well located in Sondrio: a 10 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk from the centre. The staff were very friendly, helpful and competent. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable, bathroom too. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of choice a lot of fresh local food.

The bedroom is a little Spartan in that it has no decoration; it's not a big issue.

Very good location. Big room. Friendly staff(especially the lady in the breakfast) We will come back due to some issues😊

A noisy road outside. Traffic early in the morning. Hallways, stairs snd bathroom a littlebit outdated. Not very cosy balcony. No furniture. Heavy to open the sunscreens to look out of the window. Bad lightning in the bathroom. Complicated AC.

Hotel nel complesso valido anche se un po' datato. Personale molto gentile. Camera grande e confortevole, con illuminazione interna da migliorare. Buona la colazione.

Dormire con le formiche

Ho soggiorno in questo hotel diversi anni fa e l'ho trovato molto peggiorato. Ho pagato, come giusto che sia, il supplemento di 30 euro per aver portato il cane, ma mi sono trovata la ciotola del cane piena di formiche. Reclamo alla reception e mi viene detto che non hanno uno spray per le formiche. Non mi viene proposta nessuna alternativa, tipo un cambio camera. Fortunatamente la signora delle pulizie, persona veramente gentile, al mattino seguente ha provveduto a pulire ed eliminare le formiche. Alla reception mi viene detto che non dovevo lasciare il cibo del cane, perché attira le formiche, ma se non sai gestire la presenza di animali, non accettarli.

La disponibilità del personale, l’omaggio di una bottiglia d’acqua in camera, e ho adorato le piastrelle verdi del bagno 😂. Dalla camera si vede le montagne circostanti. Tutto molto bello. Anche il letto molto comodo. Colazione super abbondante 😜.

Ben posizionato per visitare Sondrio e altre località valtellinesi

Ho pernottato presso Hotel Vittoria durante una vacanza di una settimana in Valtellina con la mia auto, e complessivamente mi sono trovato bene. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima per raggiungere sia il centro di Sondrio (10-15 minuti a piedi), sia la Strada Statale 38 dello Stelvio (2-3 minuti in auto) e da lì spostarsi verso altre località della Valle. Ho trovato la camera singola "superior" spaziosa e confortevole. Ho gradito la colazione, in particolare per quanto riguarda la scelta dei dolci (che preferisco), nonostante non mancassero anche alternative salate. Il parcheggio (gratuito) mi è parso adeguato per accogliere tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel. Il check-in e il check-out sono stati rapidi e lo staff dell'hotel è cordiale e discreto.

Il parcheggio dell'hotel è rialzato rispetto al piano stradale e la rampa di accesso mi è parsa un po' ripida. Entrando e uscendo con cautela, non ho comunque trovato particolari problemi a utilizzarlo.

De airco maakte veel geluid en was niet echt koud, Locatie, uitzicht op benzinepomp. Ontbijt weinig vleeswaren en kaas of niet aangevuld. Personeel erg op de achtergrond, geen groet of uitleg.
