The hotel is well located in Sondrio: a 10 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk from the centre. The staff were very friendly, helpful and competent. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable, bathroom too. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of choice a lot of fresh local food.

The bedroom is a little Spartan in that it has no decoration; it's not a big issue.

Very good location. Big room. Friendly staff(especially the lady in the breakfast) We will come back due to some issues😊

A noisy road outside. Traffic early in the morning. Hallways, stairs snd bathroom a littlebit outdated. Not very cosy balcony. No furniture. Heavy to open the sunscreens to look out of the window. Bad lightning in the bathroom. Complicated AC.

Next to a street. AND very clairaudient to the next room. :( Booking.com said there would be a kettle on the room (and a Bathrobe). Neither was present.

Va bene per una notte di riposo.

Letti comodi, doccia funzionante come previsto, colazione molto buona.

Il personale sembrava oberato di lavoro e di conseguenza stressato, la temperatura della stanza era troppo alta, il termostato era rotto, dovevamo aprire le finestre di notte per abbassare la temperatura e riuscire a dormire.

Esperienza da dimenticare (a parte la colazione......)

Trovo assurdo che un hotel di 4 stelle abbia delle stanze nelle quali non è possibile utilizzare in modo flessibile il termostato (più volte ho dovuto chiedere alla reception di abbassare da remoto la temperatura delle stanze). In definitiva non....abbiamo dormito essendoci in stanza una temperatura di 24 gradi per tutta notte. Anche il calorifero del bagno è rimasto inspiegabilmente accesso nonostante avessi portato la valvola a zero. Infine abbiamo chiesto 2 cuscini in più ma non ci sono stati forniti con la spiegazione che l'hotel non prevede questo servizio ed in sostituzione abbiamo dovuto ripiegare su 2 coperte per tenere un po su la testa Ottima invece la colazione

Per un pernotto una buona sistemazione

Colazione adeguata ad un hotel a 4 stelle. Forse ci vorrebbe piu velocità nel rimpiazzare i vassoi temporaneamente vuoti ma nel complesso ok. Buono il riscaldamento e temp confortevole interna nonostante molti gradi sottozero all esterno la notte. Letti minimal ma comodi oltre la media. Discreta insonorizzazione tra le camere

Hotel da svecchiare. Pochi spazi comuni al di fuori della camera, sia in zona reception che nella sala colazioni. Moquette messa male e bagni da rifare. Non ho capito la scritta “welcome” sulla parete dell uscita sul parcheggio

Mijn kamer was op de zolderverdieping en ik kon de temperatuur op de kamer niet zelf instellen, waardoor het erg warm was (ook met ramen open)

Freundliches Personal, es gibt eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit für den Hund, saubere Zimmer, gratis Parkplatz, Nah ins Erholungsgebiet aber auch ins Zentrum.

Sehr gering hörig, Matratze war für meinen Rücken zu hart.

Albergo pulitissimo, curato, ben riscaldato, buona colazione, Personale cordiale e professionale, ampio parcheggio interno gratuito, un km dal Centro Città e la Stazione. Ben collegato con i luoghi della Valtellina.
