Overall, it was an excellent experience

The hotel breakfast was excellent, wide variety of choices from hot to cold food, aswell as sweet and savoury. The coffee, tea and juices were so tasty and fresh. The staff were super attentive to detail, they even provided a cake and gift for my partner on her birthday, which we were not expecting!

Just a perfect getaway as a couple wanting to reset, and have an easy few days away. Watching sunSunsets

Spacious, picturesque, best place for peaceful sunset views. Villa was large and zen and most staff were very helpful. Also loved the pathway so we could walk into Oia town but would be nice if it was kept clean and safe, quite a few broken rocks and lots of rubbish along The path, which wasn’t nice considering property grounds were spotless. Breakfast was delicious and many options, definitely one of the highlights of hotel.

Didn’t think spa facilities were great. Indoor pool was only set to 24c Sauna & steam room use was 30€ per person per day. Considering how much you pay for hotel room it should be included for free. Also spa area very sparsely decorated. Breakfast was amazing and delicious and lots of variety but choice of food for lunch was very limited and pretty terrible in flavour. Bar area was lovely but need some more variety in snack Options, especially when watching sunset.

A wonderful stay overall – I would happily return!

The hotel was excellent in every way – the staff were friendly, the property was very clean, and the location was perfect. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

We arrived early and requested early check-in, but unfortunately we were not allowed to enter the room until the official check-in time, so we had to wait by the pool.

The team are excellent and the Suite provided was exceptional. Naturally, you wish to explore and dine out which was all in easy reach but we also stayed on property for dinner twice as it was excellent

All good except restaurant organization.

Food, views and many infinity pools including our private one.

The only annoyance was the breakfast and restaurant staff. They were very polite and friendly but completely disorganized. Amin example that happened repeatedly was that we were offered help 5 times, even after we already ordered and then the order never came. It is clear that you need an experienced manager organizing the staff and making it more efficient. If not you will keep upsetting guests and sell less.

Everything! The grounds are beautiful and feel very calm. The pool area was comfortable and spacious. Our room was great! Lots of space, a great kitchenette, really nice sitting area, beautiful patio with a hot tub, table and chairs and lounge chairs, great bathroom area that is very spacious and a really good size closet with plenty of hangers and drawers. As soon as we arrived the food and beverage manager, Dimitris, sat with us to review our dietary restrictions and the staff was aware of them and extremely accommodating throughout our visit. Waiters were all helpful and friendly. Concierge staff was also very helpful. The hotel is also located very close to the center of Oia.

An amazing location! Very good service! Amazing food for lunch and dinner! Also very good breakfast! The have the best sunset view in their restaurants. They need to promote it more! We went to Oia for dinner but should have stayed in their restaurant that had the best direct view of the sunset.

Location…only 750 yards to Oia and resort is very peaceful. Breakfast great. Linen great and the bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Resort very clean and well maintained.

Clumsy WiFi connectivity. Bathroom basin (suite 704) tired and slow to drain…Cabana pool bed (on suite terrace) stained but Pool v clean.

Our room had a jacuzzi and sun-set view. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature - warm but never too hot - and a decent size. The view was unbelievable. The room itself was a great size with a large outside area. The hotel had six pools. We loved spending our days by the main pool, where we always got to sit where we wanted. We never used the other pools but they always appeared to be nice and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the staff all great. We loved the chatty Pool Boy!

Private suite with a private view and private hot tub. We could see the ocean and no one could see us. The staff were awesome as were the amenities and the view of the sunset over the water. The buffet breakfast was also magnificent!

I would recommend the hotel to those travel gin lt children and those not adverse to hiking it to town.

Really friendly staff, the property was well kept and beautiful.

The property was full of steep hills and the foot path to town was challenging. Transportation up the hill would have been helpful, even if it was provided hourly. The room service and pool side menus were limited. No lite fair. The bed was very uncomfortable and both my wife and I had a hard time getting comfortable.

Very relaxing and more private than other places in Santorini . Just a short walk up the stairs to Oia. Spa was amazing!

Santorini was stunning but we stayed at ikos hotel chain last year, you could learn a lot from them!

it was good being close to oia. Hotel was very clean, staff were very pleasant and the decor was nice. Better in the reception than anywhere else though which is very odd to me. Nice vibe in pool bar when we had drinks in the afternoon.

Hotel really spread out, building work and noise everywhere. Orientation and view from the pool at our room were not good. The whole garden area was massively disappointing to be honest. Expensive for what you get. Although the room was nice it didnt feel luxurious. So much rubbish all around, made the view even worse! Restaurant on first night was disappointing. My fish was overcooked and not seasoned, looked much better than it tasted. Breakfast was ok.

Luxury property tucked away in Oiu that offers friendly staff and top notch accommodations.

The property is situated at the base of Oiu minutes away from the center of town. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us we felt welcomed and got everything we needed. Private jacuzzi was lovely after a long day out. Room was spacious with the most comfortable bed we had our entire trip. Facilities were great!

A little pricy but worth it. The walk to/from Oiu is very steep and can have a lot of traffic depending on the time of day.

Exceptional

Excellent hotel, it was reopening this april, so we were one of luck first guests. The accommodation is breathless, the sunset view of the room is priceless. Staff ia very kind and all hotel is extreme clean and modern. All good words, nothing to say against, this by far was over my highest expectations!
