Oceanfront home comforts

The apartment location was perfect. Waterfront views, a superb restaurant next door and a mini-mart across the road. It was a refreshing 15 minute stroll into Porto Montenegro and the superyachts. The apartment itself is comfortable if not luxurious, with floor to cieling windows of the view. A small kitchenette and dining area were handy for us to prepare a simple meal and to enjoy the balcony for sunset. We loved the easy parking out front too that fitted our large car. The host Elgiz couldnt have been more kind bringing us freshly picked mandarins and was on hand at all times to answer our questions/help. Would highly recommend

Be aware there ar 3 flights of stairs to the apartment if you have mobility issues.

Relaxing and comfortable

Nice room with a view of the water. Lovely garden area to relax when we arrived and before we left whilst waiting for transport. Qumi is very close to a safe swimming area with a small beach bar for morning coffee. Mini market 20 meters away and a restaurant next door where we had a lunch and breakfast. A very easy 20 minute walk by the water into Porto Montenegro. The owner is helpful and communicates well. We would stay again.

The view and locations. Had an iron and hairdryer.

Soaps didn't work in the shower and one shower was semi-clogged. Room did have a cigarette smell.

Very best value at super reasonable price

The staff was available 24/7, always friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is extraordinary and all rooms have amazing views. The host went the extra mile to accommodate last-minute requests and was always available for questions or to help.

At night the street was sometimes loud, but not much one can do about the garbage truck.

Great staying.

The apartment and the whole property were clean. The location is good: close to the city beach and old town, and many shops nearby. The bed is comfortable, we had good sleep on it. The host was helpful even though she did not speak English. There is parking at the property which is convenient. Great value for the price.

Fine for one night but would not stay again

Located 20 meters to the water and close to the airport so convenient . Close to a great bakery.

I chose to pay at property and they tried to tell me I had to pay in cash (although I could pay by card in booking and this was not mentioned anywhere. This took over half an hour to resolve (with major language issues as the attendant spoke neither English nor local language) which is not ideal when you have been travelling all day. The place is clean enough but doesn’t feel fully sanitised as it has a weird smell.

Great place for a great view.

It's a great place right across the beach, everything is close by, there is a little shop nearby where you can go to, you can see the ocean from your room and it's very close to the city centre, just a quick walk, there's nice restaurants around and it's one of the quieter areas in the city. I would highly recommend it.

Great location, lots of nice touches including bottled water and slippers. Quiet despite being right next to the beach.

Had a good stay with the family the apartment is very well located near all the major attractions.

We had taken family room which was very spacious having two washroom . The property is next to the private beach and view from balcony was amazing . The owners were very helpful .

It’s a bit far from Porto Montenegro where most of the restaurants exist. However, there is a beach just in front of the apartment which is really convenient.

Way over priced for a basic room, bathroom is shocking state of repair

Bathroom is shocking for what is an expensive room, mould, dirt, rotten timber door frame, the size of the bathroom makes it a non functioning bathroom

Highly recommend for staying

Great and pleasant owners, property is close to the sea, cafe and restaurants. It is so cozy and beautiful with the mostly genuine paintings on the walls. It has everything for comfortable staying, and a bit more.

Directly in front of the beach. Shop next door and 3 restaurants on the doorstep. Nice and chilled. 10 min walk to Port Montenegro. Couldn’t ask for better location. Owners really helpful.

Exceptional

we really enjoyed our stay at apartment Sea star Danica. It is a nice, clean apartment and it is just a few meters from the beach. Next to the apartment are a good restaurant and a hotel with the restaurant where you can have a breakfast. Tivat is a very nice place to spend your holiday, you can discover many nice beaches. The beach in front of the apartment is good. On the right side there is a better access for children, but in high season it is crowded. We prefered the left side with our kids. The hosts Danica and her daughter Marija are lovely person.

We couldn´t sleep with the window open, because of the beach bar and cars.

There is not a regular "check-in" process that we are use to. I got bit lost when arrived and only when I sent a message here that I k ew how to manage my check-in and get the room key.

Every day after 7 pm the water either stopped or there was no pressure, one could not take a bath to get out.
