Awesome place to stay: helpful host, clean, pool, sea, good parking place and near the town.

The location was perfect: pool, beach and near the town. Shops, grocery stores, bakery, everything near by. Host every day near and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed.

Perhaps a better couch to sleep on and a bit bigger dinner table.

Expectations were higher based on score

The location was perfect, in a nice quite lagoon that feels almost like a Lake. 15 minutes walk from the Center of Tivat. The pool and the garfen is nice touch however due to the weather we didnt really use it.

The Apartment we got was very basic, small, the kitchen and the balcony extremely small. Honestly less suitable for family of 4. Of course, it is a matter of budget. My recommendation is to choose at least 60m2 Apartment that has modern amenities and facilities. In my opinion better spent a little more but feel relaxed and comfortable.

Everything was well. We were a little wary of the noise from landing planes due to the proximity of the airport, but it didn't bother us at all.

Swimming in the sea was not very good because of the muddy bottom and a large amount of algae. Luckily there was a nice pool.

Great location in Tivat. Away from the busy area so quiet and peaceful but a short walk to marina. Great to have a pool and private parking. Really clean and hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a visit to Tivat.

Upon arrival, I didn't have enough cash and wanted to pay by card, but the landlord didn't accept and couldn't wait. He wanted me to go immediately to withdraw the cash, even though I was tired after the journey.The place is bad. There is no air conditioning in the main room. Everything is outdated, and payment is cash only. The apartment was on the third floor with lots of stairs. The bathroom is very cramped. There is no privacy. The pool is excellent, but reaching it requires going down many stairs. The landlord's behavior is poor.

Beautiful apartment with great views over the bay

Lovely pool area, larger than expected! Beautiful balcony views over the bay. Separate kitchen area to prepare food & drinks. Good location only 10/15 minute walk to town.

Nothing really, we really enjoyed it! Only slight issues we had - The air con is in the living room which meant keeping all doors open to cool the bedroom etc. Similarly, the bathroom is an en-suite to the bedroom so slightly awkward for guests staying in the living room / sofa bed.

Another fabulous stay!

Friends trip

This is my second time staying in these apartments. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. The balcony had a lovely sea view. Set in a quiet part of town 15 minutes walk to centre. Our host couldn't do enough for us and was also friendly and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, great value for money. Highly recommended 😃

Beautiful apartments, idyllic location, yet minutes from Porto Montenegro

Everything was PERFECT and our hosts were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and roomy and the location idyllic, yet only a 10-15 minute to the bars and restaurants of Porto Montenegro. We'll book again for next year.

Located right on the beach with own pool. Nice 2 km walk along Tivot shoreline up to Port Montenegro. Close (800m) to bus station where you can board buses to Kotor and Budva. Not far (2km) to the airport.

Didn’t warn about mandatory tourist registration in Montenegro (but did it when asked).
