The location was amazing, balcony onto the sea, could swim and walk from back of property, very quiet but only short walk to centre.

Little heaven in Tivat

Truly amazing property located by a beautiful beach. I had the best time and did not want to leave. A perfect place to relax and unwind. The property is located 10 minutes away from main attractions, it’s a beautiful walk by the sea too. It’s also just 10minutes away from the bus stop in case you decide to go to Kotor or Budva. The owner is lovely and very accommodating. If you need anything at all during your stay, he is easily reachable. Also if you arrive early, you can leave your bags. Overall really great vacation home, clean and have most things you need, but do grab your own shampoo etc. as they dont provide anything but for the soap (from cosmetics). I already miss the place and would definitely go back again!

The place to be in Tivat!!

Tondo is the place to be in Tivat!! The owner is very friendly and kind. He offers us a gift upon our arrival and took time to recommend us many things about Kotor and Tivat! The apartment was a one double bedroom, great for a family of 2 children. We had a very beautiful sea view and it was a very quiet place. The kitchen is fully equipped! Besides, there's a private beach (pebble) downstairs ,it's so nice not to be on a crowded one!! The water is so warm and the children really enjoyed! The apartment is close to Tivat center and Porto Montenegro by walk around 700 m.Very beautiful place to visit. The airport is not too far away, it allows us to sleep more and not to be stuck into traffic ☺️ We had a very great moment and glad to have stopped by there, last stop in Montenegro but not least!! Thank you so much hope to come back one day?

A great shoe stay in

Location was great and Andri gave us use of the private beach and access to sun loungers. A very peaceful spot.

The kitchen lay out was a little restrictive with the fridge and cupboard with cutlery in the corner was not very accessible but it was not a huge issue and it did not spoilt our stay. But hopefully this is good feedback to accommodate for anyone staying longer.

Perfect place to relax by the sea

We had a wonderful stay at Tondo! The house is in a great location – just a few steps from a peaceful seaside spot perfect for relaxing and taking walks. Tivat itself is a charming town with lovely beaches, a variety of restaurants, and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything you need is close by. There’s a bus station about 10 minutes away on foot, which made it easy to reach Budva. For visiting Kotor, we highly recommend the Blue Line city bus – it’s not just convenient, but also offers stunning views and a taste of the local driving experience. The host was very friendly and responsive. We would gladly come back!

Great and Polite house owner ! Wonderful sea view, large balcony, beach in front of the house.

The location of the Tondo House was great. 3 km away from the airport but by the sea! The sea resembled a lake, the left side was small forest, the right side was the open sea. The house is simple and compact. Everything has been considered, even the mosquito repellent. The owner, Andrija, even gifted us some extracted incense for the balcony. He made everything easier to us. He was kind and sensitive. Our gift of white wine on the first day was very kind. The house is a 10-minute walk from the Marina. You can reach every facility by walking it is great comfort. If we go to Tivat and anyone decides going, we will always recommend this place. See you again soon. Thanks for everything.

At Tondo house everything is very well and enough. Just the bed may not be comfortable for orthopedic lovers like me.

Andrea (the host) super genuine and nice. The private beach is a plus that transform the holiday in a warm hug. For us Italian the bidet was a really nice surprise, very appreciated while abroad. For sure if we will be another time in tivat we will stay there again. The city is 5 minutes walking along the seaside

Great place to stay! The rooms are very clean with everything you need (tv, shower, kitchen). The owner is very friendly, he gives many important advices about Montenegro! One of the biggest advance, there's also a private beach with sunbends and umbrellas. We really enjoyed our holiday there! I'm highly reccomending this place to everyone :)

A very nice experience!

The location of our apartment is perfect, close to the market, beach, Porto, everything! Our room is very clean with comfortable bed, wifi is really fast which is essential for us to work online. Lastly, we would like thank our host Andrija, who is kind and thoughtful. He gave us a bottle of red wine as gift and even drove us to the bus station! How nice! Highly recommended this place:)

We've stayed in Tondo during end of June of 2021 and we've enjoyed this vacation in Tivat very much. Location is perfect with only short walk to Porto Montenegro. The rooms are new, very clean and with large and comfortable beds. If you prefer quite and peaceful stay, there is private peace of beach and the nearest public beach is only one minute walk away. Our host was great, very friendly and eager to help and make our stay more enjoyable. Ask him where to eat and what to see. He has good tips. :) We are looking forward coming back!
