Beautiful location & Fantastic Host

My daughter and my dad stayed here for 4 nights and my dad asked me to write a review as they were very happy. The host was lovely and really helpful, always on hand to answer my questions before the trip and very helpful on arrival. The host agreed an early check in which was a huge help as the flight arrived early morning. Wonderful location and so close to the beach! Thank you for everything

Great place to stay on a budget. Super host.

Very clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and helpful. Location was a little away from the main area, but walkable. Bed was comfortable.

Couch was a little odd with velcro armrests, but i think it was because it coverts in to a bed maybe.

Great location, peaceful yet only a 5 min walk to Montenegro Port with good cafe bars and restaurants. Also close to bus

Apartment was spotless, as we arrived early Aleksandra stored our luggage until we could get access. On hand for any enquiries. Beach access at front, private area with sun beds and umbrellas. Great balcony to watch the super yachts.

An information leaflet would be handy. We didn’t realise it was a local holiday and supermarkets/shops shut for 3 days

Very nice stay!

The apartment is in a very nice quiet area and right at the beach. It was very clean and spacious. Kitchen is fully equipped. All the shops, restaurants, Porto Montenegro and other landmarks all in a short walking distance Very attentive and friendly staff :)

One thing: The apartment we rented was on the last floor, so right under the roof and one of the bedrooms ceiling was slanted and we are tall :D so it was a bit uncomfortable to move around there, but it's nothing too serious, really :)

Perfect short trip

The host was very helpful and gave good recommendations. We had a great view from the apartment and a nice balcony to sit outside. The house, garden and parking area was all very well maintained and made us feel welcome.

Excellent location, nice and helpful host

The location is excellent, side of a quiet park and 5 min walk from the beach that has free sunbeds and a restaurant. 10 min walk from town and big supermarket. From the airport only approximately 2,5km. Don't pay more then 5-10€ from the taxi drive from airport to the house, the drivers are trying to get much more.

I’d come back for sure!

The location was perfect for my trip: restaurants, grocery stores, the sea — everything was in walking distance. But it’s also very village-like: nature, birds, quiet. The place itself is perfect for hot weather, it didn’t really warmed up in the sun, I didn’t even need to use the AC that much. The amenities are clean and nice, you have everything in the kitchen. The hosts are very helpful and normal people, communication in English was great!

The apartment was great, very spacious and has big balconies with incredible views of Boka Bay and the mountains. It is the first line on the waterfront. There was all equipment, just everything you needed for short or long holidays. The host was very friendly and really helpful and literally saved us when our car was locked by the incident with the all keys, money and documents inside. The Tivat beaches and restaurants are very close. Porto Montenegro is within a short walking distance. We had a really great time and a perfect stay!

Superb

The location was amazing, right on the beach. The accommodation was clean and spacious and had it's own garden and terrace. It was 5 mins from the airport and the view from our garden was beautiful. A short walk to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The location was perfect.

Sun loungers could have been provided for use in the garden and it was a shame you couldn't swim directly out the back of the apartment.

English couple nit picking!!

We liked that the apartment was separate from the main house and had it's own little garden area. The washing machine made it easier to stay the two weeks. The bed was very comfortable and large. Access to the beach and town was just outside the main house and took only 10 minutes slow walk to the main shopping areas and restaurants. Iliya was very accommodating and helpful, couldn't have been more friendly. 😁

The sofa was not very good for general sitting in the evening and the table and chairs made it cramped in the sitting and kitchen area. There was little in way of cleaning goods provided to keep the apartment clean, a Hoover was provided when we mentioned it to the host but a dustpan and brush would've been good to have from the beginning of our stay. The provision of two single sheets for a large bed was confusing as it was more hassle than of use when you were tangled up in them! Overall these things were just niggles and didn't stop us enjoying our stay immensely. 😊

Quiet neighborhood yet walking distance to all the restaurants, Porto Montenegro, shopping. Beautiful garden. Possible to swim from right outside the apartment. Very clean. Owners are cordial and very nice people.

Air conditioning was insufficient. The beds were not very comfortable (we were 3 people). Too many mosquitoes yet there are no screens on the windows (this is a general problem in Montenegro).

Расположение апаптаментов просто отличное, они находятся на окраине в тихом районе. Близость аэропорта не нарушала ночную тишину - в темное время суток самолеты не летают. Мы любители пеших прогулок, а там для этого прекрасные возможности. Природа изумительная, Porto Montenegro замечательное место.

Предназначенные нам апартаменты располагались в небольшом одноэтажном доме, поэтому естественно у нас не было ни балконп, ни террасы. Мы впервые проживали в апартаментах такой неудобной планировки, всегда апарты состояли из спальни и гостинной, а здесь были 2 помещения - спальня и кухня. Хозяин сразу же сказал, что мы можем отказаться и искать себе другое жилье, но мы очень устали от ночного перелета и решили остаться. В спальне находилась 2-х спальная кровать и диван. Сначала мы с мужем были вдвоем, а через 6 дней к нам присоединилась моя сестра, и мы были вынуждены были спать все в одной комнате. Это неудобство усугублялось еще и тем, что в спальне, которая одновременно была гостинной (в ней находился телевизор), отсутствовало индивидуальное, прикроватное освещение. Если один из нас ложился спать, то читать можно было тоьько на кухне. Поскольку был конец сезона, мы надеялись, что мы сможем переехать в освободившиеся другие апартаменты за дополнительную плату, но к сожалению, этого не случилось, и мы промучались еще 10 дней.

Gute Ausstattung und sauber

App. 4 im Nebengebäude war anders als dargestellt ohne Meerblick unmittelbar neben Wohnhaus; Gastgeber war zur Einweisung nicht da, der Sohn hat die Schlüssel übergeben.
