This apartment is literally in the city centre, just a 5-minute walk to Porto Montenegro. Everything you need is a stone's throw away. The Tivat bus station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment, where you can get a bus to Kotor and Budva for less than €5 and to other places for a few more euros. The apartment is very clean, air-conditioned, with everything you need. The only reason I'm not giving a 10/10 rating is that the bed and the pillow are a bit too stiff for me, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. This might not pose a problem for other users.
The pillows need to be replaced with soft ones, and high-quality bedding should be used.
