City center apartment Urban Heaven

The property was located in an excellent place, very close to the beach and the Tivat port. The apartment was furnished with so much care and exceeded our expectations!

This is the first time I've ever given a perfect 10 in every category for a Booking.com stay, but I honestly couldn't do otherwise. The place is really nice — you have everything you could need in an apartment, everything is modern, and it's conveniently located quite close to the port. That said, all of this might not have felt quite so special if it weren't for Debora and her mother. They are by far the nicest hosts I've ever met. I was here on a work trip for the EU–Western Balkans Summit. The whole city was affected by road closures and restrictions, but Debora kept me updated every time something changed and made sure we always knew what was going on. She was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything, and in the end she even saved us from what could have been a taxi scam. I truly hope to come back someday. Thank you for everything, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Amazing location, beautifully arranged apartment and an amazingly accommodating and welcoming host. I travel abroad frequently and often stay in similar accommodations but this one was extraordinary. I do not think I have seen many places as clean as this one. The host went an extra mile to make me feel welcome and relaxed. Just fantastic! Bed was very comfortable and the apartment had everything one needs. The building was safe and quiet.

The apartment is lovely, super clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts are amazing, Dijana and Debora are extremely helpful, friendly, kind and welcoming. My flight was delayed by several hours and they contacted me to see if I was okay and they picked me up at the airport, which was very kind of them.The whole experience was very positive and they made me feel at home.
