Comfortable and relaxing!

Slaven is an amazing host. He did everything he could to make this stay very comfortable and relaxing for us. He explained everything in details, and gave us a lot of honest recommendations for food and drinks all around the Tivat. The whole apartment is looking very nice, it was perfectly clean, and bed is very comfortable, so we were sleeping like babies.

Fantastic value for money accommodation in a great spot for the marina etc

Apartments were excellent. I stayed in No. 6 , my friend in room 5 and my other friend in no. 7 which had It's own separate entrance. All apts had excellent room facilities and either a balcony or terrace. Very well equipped kitchens and complimentary toiletries. Hairdryer provided and ironing board etc. Room no.6 is huge with a very generous balcony and outdoor furniture. Slaven, the owner and his wife were very helpful and speak very good English. The apts are very clean and attention to detail is excellent. It's near a bit of a main road but nice and quiet in the rooms due to very good double glazing and shutters etc. Air con in the rooms and wi fi is available. Beds and super comfy and location is great, just across the road take a left past the bakery on the corner and you are then not far away from the beginning of the walk along the Marina. Excellent location for getting out and about once you get your bearings.

We liked everything, no complaints. If you arrive on a Sunday be aware that there are no shops open including supermarkets, so maybe ask Slaven for milk/water if needed. There is a gas station about a 10min walk that sells cartons of milk and bottled water.

Perfect!

Out of all places we stayed during our stay in Montenegro, this apartment was the best one we stayed in! The host family was super nice and their dog Toto made our day everytime we encountered him. We always like to stay a bit out of the center as usually it’s calmer and that’s also the reason why we based ourselves here rather than Kotor. Tivat is not a big city anyways, so everything is within walking distance. We loved the vibe of the house and you can really tell that the owners really care not only about the house, but their guests too! We got some recommendations for restaurants and beaches and we were really glad to visit some of them during our stay!:)

Fantastic apartment with sunny terrace and the best host!

The property was so spacious, clean & well appointed. One of the best apartments we’ve stayed in! Comfy bed, shutters on the windows, good shower, smart tv and a fantastic sunny terrace. Slaven the host was so friendly & helpful, gave us great local recommendations including the local restaurant 2 minutes away which we went to twice. Nothing is too much trouble for him. Would highly recommend.

By far the most beautiful accommodation in the area. An outstanding host – I can only recommend it!

The property is easily accessible from Tivat Airport and is centrally located, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. Grocery stores, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, always available via WhatsApp and quick to respond to any questions or needs.

One small suggestion would be to add a toaster and a coffee machine to the kitchen equipment to make the stay even more convenient.

Best accommodation in Montenegro

Host was fantastic, so accommodating and helpful and even offered to help us out in case we needed it during the rest of our stay elsewhere in Montenegro. The apartment was clean and beautiful, and had everything we needed, and it looked just like in the photos. Equipped with kitchenware, drying rack, a safe, two ACs, beach towels, good wifi etc.. the host even provided us with some wine :) I can't think of anything that was missing. The large balcony was wonderful in the mornings and evenings when it wasn't too hot outside anymore. By far the best accommodation out of 4 I've stayed in in Montenegro.

Superb apartment, the most hospitable host

Firstly can I say, you will be harder to find a kinder man than the owner Slaven. What a beautiful apartment, a wonderful, friendly, warm host with everything you need from an apartment. They are centrally located, clean, beautifully designed and all you need for a perfect holiday. Slaven was extremely helpful and met us on arrival, gave us the history of the property and gave great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We even had a hairdryer and an ironing board and iron! We will remember our stay and would be more than happy to return. Thank you 😊

A quiet oasis of calm near to the port, restaurants and beaches.

Lovely apartment, very clean, great facilities. Good location about 5 min walk to marina. Slavin, the owner of the apartments is very welcoming, gave us some helpful suggestions for the holiday. The apartment was very comfortable, we had a lovely oasis of a garden. Would be very happy to stay here again and longer than a week.

Wonderful 2 days in a cozy nest...

We liked everything!! The host is just perfect - kind, helpful, caring, responsive, polite, attentive and so on... We felt home and safe. The house is very cozy, clean and well-equipped. The location is perfect - in a walking distance to the shore, Porte Montenegro, and the beaches, but very quite. We highly recommend this host and his house to anyone who wants to enjoy his time in Montenegro and collect wonderful memories.

Fantastic immaculate apartment - excellent value

This is a truly beautiful and immaculate apartment in a great location. It is probably the best apartment we have stayed in a we have been to many over the years. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Slaven is an excellent host and left us wine, fruit, coffee, etc. it is only a few minutes to Tivat with all of its many bars etc. around 15 mins walk to bus station.

Perfect, Ideal and friendly owners

- We were met as best friends and there was help and guidance during the whole stay. So you always feel comfortable and safe - even if something is missed it can be solved. We rented more that 10 apartments this autumn and here owners where the best, no doubts. - Clean and additional cleaning every three days. - A lot of small things than make room feel lovely. - A lot of thoughtful things that make your live more comfortable. Big work was definitely done by owner on that.

- We've missed a sofa in the studio apartments (we have stayed in two different apartments there) - Music school nearby, sometimes you can hear training during the day ), not too loud though.

This is a very pleasant room with kitchen and shower room, in a quiet part of town but a short walk from the main streets and the sea. The host is a very amiable and helpful person. The room was cleaned once a week.

I would definitely recommend this place.

The hosts are really welcoming and friendly. Slaven gave me some really good info about the city the first day I came and was overall very pleasant. The apartment I got really made an impression on me, it is both very nicely styled and well equipped. It made my stay really comfortable and I enjoyed it.

I didn't like the Gradska beach nearby so I walked a little more to the Belane beach but usually even further, to the pine forest (I don't know the name of that one) and to Waikiki once. Generally I can't say I loved any of the beaches I visites except for the pine forest one. But that's just my personal taste and also it could have been easier if I realised where the taxi center is sooner so I could go to better beaches.

It was unforgettable!

The stay was fantastic! Owner's helpfulness knows no bounds. We feel surrounded by care as if we were guests in our friends' home. All the necessary tourist information, valuable advice from a local resident and assistance in a vehicle rental were immediately available. I really liked the location of the apartment. Nearby was a bakery (amazing fresh groceries, baked on beech wood), a restaurant (very close, just around the corner, delicious food, large portions, friendly service and reasonable prices), a cafe with amazing and inexpensive espresso, a fresh fruit and vegetable shop, a couple of small supermarkets, city beaches (you can choose a free one without sunbeds or a paid 20eur/d with two sunbeds and a chair, etc.). Everything was within 1 to 10 minutes walking distance. The apartment was newly furnished with nautical themed antique accents. Impeccable cleanliness. Bed linen was changed every 3 days, towels - more often. I was pleasantly surprised by the careful provision: coffee, tea, sugar, fresh fruit, on arrival - delicious homemade wine, personal hygiene products, as well as all household chemicals - from laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets to mosquito repellent. The lovely garden with many beautiful plants and the terrace there left indelible warm memories for long winter evenings. I dream of visiting again!

The best booking I had ever been to. The apartments are beautifully designed and luxerious, every detail was thoughtful and in place. I had an amazing stay, Slaven is the best host ever. He puts all his best effort to confirm that every bit of your stay would be superb. The apartments are stylish and very well, equipped with anything needed for a long or short period. Everything is in great condition. Slaven was very helpful with anything I needed, and was always there with tips. Tivat is a beautifull town, and combined with this great booking it's a perfect stay. I highly recommend booking, and can't wait to get back.

Exceptional

The host Slaven, was amazing! He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind, leaving us milk in the fridge as we arrived on a bank holiday. The balcony was great, whilst the main room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Be warned if you are approaching 6ft (183cm) or over that there was a sloping roof in the bedroom we stayed in..but that was a minor inconvenience for me. The apartment is only a few min walk from the bus stop to Kotor, which goes on a beautiful scenic route around the bay. There is also the main bus station around 20-25 mins walk away to go to Budva (a beautiful place) and the capital Podgarica (probably not worth the journey imo). There are also lots of nice eateries along the bay front and all are very reasonably priced, as were most things in Montenegro.

The taxi drivers at the airport will try ripping you off..but that seems to be the same as many taxi drivers the world over it seems! Also dont go expecting a good boozy night out (if that's your thing) as its not that type of place - although maybe that might change later in the season.

It was the highest level of hospitality ever!

The owner of the apartment was super nice and friendly. He showed us our room and gave us advice on where to have dinner, which beach to go to. The apartment itself was perfect too. Large bedroom with kitchenette, perfectly clean bathroom, and terrace. Thanks very much to the owner of the apartment for the warm welcome and for taking us on our flight to the airport at 5 am

Very impressive stay

As someone who has lived in Sweden for almost 20 years and who has had his share of travels I have not come across to a host as good Slaven. We have stayed here for a week and we were beyond happy. Cleanliness is top notch and the hospitality is unbeatable. He is very attentive to details which made our stay very pleasant. In my personal opinion he should be someone from who other should learn the trade! Will definately be coming back!

Well-equipped and spacious apartment & helpful owners

It was perfect. The location is very good. Everywhere is within the walking distance. We felt like we were at home. The bed, the kitchen, the terrace, the bathroom were all clean and nice. The room also had a pretty good library. The air conditioner made our stay better. The owners were very helpful. Slaven informed us about nearly everything. They helped us take a taxi. We are very glad🙏

Extraordinary!

Slaven host was so nice and polite. We’ve been greeted with wine and fruits, he gave us recommendations… Hospitality was on a high level! Room was so beautiful, we were so surprised since it looked much better than on pictures. Everything was clean, nice and tight. We had a small terrace, which was terrific, with a lot of plants, it felt like it was small private garden. Also, which is very important, apartments are near city centre. We highly recommend! Place with soul!
