Très bon emplacement, quartier résidentiel calme, place de parking devant l'immeuble, climatisation efficace très appréciée. Literie confortable pour la chambre. Propreté irréprochable. Plage et commerces à 15 minutes à pied. Salle de bain très bien.
Equipement de la cuisine réduit: une seule casserole, pas de linge de vaisselle, il faut utiliser l'essuie tout : pas écologique du tout ni pratique. (Un micro onde pourrait éventuellement s'avérer utile même si il y a un four). Pas de draps pour le canapé lit à notre arrivée, le propriétaire a été réactif, un drap housse (seulement) nous a été apporté.
