Cozy apartment with great sea view

The apartment is truly beautiful and spacious. The sea view in the morning was breathtaking. Didn’t really use the terrace and pool, but it looked alright. The location was like a 13 minutes walk from shops and really quiet. The host was super responsive and helpful.

The walk up the hill to the apartment was a bit hard on the legs. Key collection could be better instructed. We were outside for a while with no idea what to do or which apartment it was. Also, I hated how commuting required so much pre-planning.

Lovely

We had lovely vacation here. Apartment was spacious, which was great as we had baby with us and she need a place to move around. Pool and terrace view was perfect. We really enjoyed. Owner helped us arrange taxi. Some maybe would not be happy for the hill but for us it’s ok, we like to walk.

Excellent value and accommodating hosts

The owner was easily contactable and let us check in early. He also arranged for a driver when we left to budva which was much appreciated following expensive taxis. They couldn’t have done anymore for us.

Great size place for the price paid, in a good location, furnished well and very clean. Kitchen full of amenities, rooftop pool is nice with lounging available.

They are dodgy. There is no bar as mentioned, it says pay at the property but they tell you they only accept cash. No one there to greet on arrival, it should be listed as self check in.

Fabulous Eden stay with heavenly views

Fabulous place. New apartments with comfortable beds, great kitchen area with large fridge and views from the balcony that are breathtaking. The rooftop infinity pool and lounge area was heavenly, we wished we had stayed longer .

The driveway is very steep, as a novice driver abroad it was very scary but once up parking was ample.

Absolutely recommended!

The accommodation is top-superior with a beautiful and clean swimming pool on the roof of the building where you have a view of the whole city Tivat. I would say mini Porto, the apartment is really luxurious (tv, LED lighting, spacious, comfortable beds, view of the city, parking in front of the building). The owner Luka is always at your service for anything!

The infinity pool was amazing. The owner was in constant contact with us and sent someone to carry our suitcase up and down the 3 flights of stairs

No kettle to boil water. Had to boil water in a finjan pot on the stove. The last stretch of road was extremely steep. The car's wheels were spinning.

Everything was perfect, rooms were clean, apartment has everything that you need for family stay. Also, rooftop pool has beautiful view. Apartment is close to city center and Porto. We will certainly recommend this apartment to our friends and family. We will come back for sure 😊

A clean, modern apartment with a great pool and views.

The apartment was furnished to a very high, modern standard. The balcony had great views looking towards the port. The pool is situated on the roof of the apartment block. It had plenty of sun loungers and was always clean. There was a mini kitchen at the pool and there was a full clean bathroom there too! The hosts have put so much thought and effort into making these apartments an excellent place to stay and I would strongly recommend staying here.

The walk up the hill from the port! Unfortunately you have to have a steep hill in order to get the nice views.

Seems that owners or their family comes to use the rooftop pool daily with a brunch of little loud kids. Also notice that only cash payment is possible. As this was the first place I have stayed at with such payment options, didn't notice this on the site prior to arriving and needed to get money from ATM during their business hours with additional fee.

There was no hot water and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and it didn’t drain away properly. And unfortunately there was a group of people at the pool playing music really loudly and drinking and leaving there beer bottles All around the swimming pool it kind of ruined the beautiful setting up there.

דירה מושלמת עם נוף מקסים

דירה מקסימה (שירת שני חדרי שינה). העיצוב נעים ויפה. הכל חדש וברמה גבוהה. המטבח מצויד היטב. ניקיון כללי ברמה גבוהה מאוד. WiFi חזק ויציב. והנוף?? תענוג!!!! המיטה היתה סופר נוחה (הכי נוחה שהיה לנו לאורך כל הטיול במונטנגרו). המקלחת גדולה ומרווחת. הגג היפיפיה הוא פינה קסומה ומהממת!! ווקסין הבעלים היה זמין בצורה יוצאת דופן. לא עברו חמש שניות מהרגע שכתבנו חו ומיד קיבלנו ממנו תגובה. הדירה במרחק 10 דק נסיעה משדה התעופה של טיבט ו 20 דקות נסיעה מהעיר העתיקה של קוטור כך שלגמרי הגיוני לשהות בה גם אם רוצים לבלות בקוטור והסביבה.

כמו רוב הדירות במונטנגרו - אין מעלית בבנין. צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון אם יש מגבלות בעליה במדרגות או בנשיאת המזוודות. או לבקש דירה בקומות הנמוכות.

За панорамный вид можно простить все минусы

Очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный хозяин, всегда на связи. Выбрали эти апартаменты исключительно из-за вида из окна и бассейна, который смотрится потрясающе, хоть мы в нем даже не плавали. Сама квартира очень просторная и стильная. Подъем в гору по пути к дому трудностей не вызывал ни пешком, ни на автомобиле.

В холодильнике был ужасный запах скумбрии. Наверное, это потому что он не работал так как надо и не охлаждал ничего. Мы хранили продукты в морозилке (благо, их было немного и там не воняло). Муравьи действительно есть, в большом количестве приползали к оставленной на кухонной столешнице посуде. В других местах квартиры муравьи замечены не были. Микроволновка не работала вообще (но нам она и не была нужна), чайника нет (но это особенность многих черногорцев)
