Large apartment walking distance from everything.

Large apartment. Large terrace. Nice kitchen bathroom and even washing machine. Helpful and kind owner and staff. Very private and safe. Close to supermarket. Restaurant and the beautiful marina.

Needs a little more kitchen utensils.And washing line. TV system needed tuning in. Better pillows. Perhaps a couple of sunbeds on the terrace.

We made a reservation through Booking.com for the apartment "Rajsko mjesto" in Tivat, Montenegro. We paid 30% in advance via SWIFT transfer, and the rest in cash to the owner. We perceived the owner as intoxicated during key handover, and afterwards, we noticed that my sister's phone was missing. Using the "Find My Phone" app, we have located the phone in the apartment where he lives. Regardless, of whether it was intentional or not, we did not want to stay there. Due to the circumstances and our discomfort, we wanted to vacate the apartment. We asked to pay for one night and to leave the apartment, but they refused. After several unpleasant conversations, we decided to go to police, as it was already late at night and we no longer felt safe. We filed for official report. As we were informed, the owner was also questioned by the authorities and subjected to an alcohol test. Nevertheless, they continue to refuse to refund our money. We do not recommend this apartment at all.

Terrible communication

It's clean, there's a parking space, fairly close to the beaches

I got put in the wrong room, when reaching out to the owner, he just ignored me. Instead of getting an apartment with a terrace looking at the sea, I got an apartment without the terrace overlooking construction work. Also the apartment didn't have almost any kitchen utensils.

Landlord asked for advance payment, fair enough and okay but did not provide sufficient bankdetails (BIC) on request, so I had to find out myself. Cleaning could have been better, kitchen equipment should be replaced by new pans and pots. Smelly bathroom. Balcony door was destroyed by previous guest and had not yet been fixed, could not be locked and closed tightly

In general, I am satisfied with living in these apartments and, most importantly, constant support from a realtor!

Good location: 5 minutes to the Port of Montenegro, 10-15 minutes to the nearest beaches (Ponta, Waikiki) The room was spacious, plenty of space, clean and had everything you needed. I would like to say special thanks to the realtor of these apartments (I don’t know how to say it correctly). He is always in touch with you, answers any questions, even at a late time. Booked for us a transfer from Podgorica airport, which was very convenient. Thanks to him, I had a pleasant impression, as they always answered and helped me!

Uncomfortable bed, the bed creaks a lot and it’s not comfortable to sleep. Apartments on the pagorbe, this is rather not a minus, but a feature that you should consider when booking. You have to go up the hill every time.

Location is fine. The flat has all basic things needed. Good price and very good communication.

The flat had a weird smell when we entered and the sofa was not clean. This is something easy to improve. Wi-Fi is very weak because the router is far and does not reach it. The view from our apartment was not nice but this is not the owner's fault but the neighbors that have a mess in their yard.
