The best location in Tivat! Clean Clean & very clean property 👌

Perfect location within easy walking distance of Tivat’s bars and restaurants. The apartment was spotless, and we really appreciated the welcome wine and the excellent coffee machine. The host was super friendly and proactive, and even recommended a return airport taxi service, which was really helpful. There’s also a good supermarket just a couple of minutes’ walk away for supplies. A few things worth noting: the host doesn’t accept credit cards, the expectation being 50% by bank transfer and 50% in cash on arrival. I’m not a fan of making bank transfers from UK, so this is something to be aware of when booking. There are a couple of beaches within easy reach where you can hire sunbeds, although they were around €30 per day when we visited. A mirror in the bedroom would also be a useful addition. Overall, we had a very comfortable and convenient stay and would highly recommend it. The sunsets were amazing, even better from the rooftop bar next door!

The apartment doesn’t have a central lounge area, just a dining room, and there’s no balcony or outdoor space with some units. It would be a great addition to have a couple of lightweight chairs or loungers that could be taken outside. There is a collection of outdoor furniture and other items outside the main door, including a table and chairs and a sun lounger, but we weren’t sure whether these were available for guests to use.

Location was great with parking. The view & balcony in the master apartment was amazing. All modern equipment etc

The attic room had no view and not recommended. Very expensive for a room with no real window or view. No coffee machine in attic room. Very basic. No water.
