A magnificent location in an excellent city

Super high-quality and friendly service from the owners. Perfect location (anywhere else would be at least three times more expensive). Private parking on the premises behind a fence, but there are additional spaces right in front of the building in a secure area. The apartment has everything you need, including a smart TV. Cozy and comfortable terrace.

There are no general comments regarding the content of the advertisement; it fully reflects what you will receive. One area for improvement is the design, which the owners are actively working on.

Excellent location and brilliant host

Really great location, quiet and had everything we needed. Only 2 min walk to the nearest beach which was amazing. Ana was an excellent host and gave us lots of tips and recommendations. Would recommend it here!

Amazing LOCATION and great VIEW with a caring OWNER.

The location and the owner (Ana) were AMAZING. I don't think you can find a better LOCATION. It is very close to big supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, shops, Taxis and everything else you need. The owner Whats Apped us long before our trip and gave the WIFI password and all info, so we could get there smoothly. She is so caring and even gave us a better room for the same price, since we had an issue with booking.com and couldn't change our booking. This place is the BEST.

Really wonderful location with helpful hostess.

It was a wonderful location with easy access to restaurants and boats which are the simple mode of transport in such a location. The owner was, without doubt the finest asset the property had to offer, ever helpful and providing good information on local facilities. In all my many years of renting holiday properties, I have never found better.

Host is Perfect, apartment and location of it are super, just not that much to do in Tivat itself.

The kindest, most generous host you can imagine at an Airbnb/hotel. Everything was uncomplicated and worked out just like we wanted it to. Just Tivat itself is a little boring but the apartment was perfect!

The stay at Villa Nela was great, the location and apartment is great for a relaxed beach-holiday, we felt very welcomed

Great location near a beach and ocean to go swimming. Not too touristy, so it was still very quiet and relaxed in the main holiday season. The hosts are welcoming and extremely assisting with every question you may have, regarding the property but also for tips regarding trips to nearby cities. Everything is as described and shown on the pictures, very nice!

amazing place!

it was in the most perfect location to walk to the city centre without being far from the beach either. beach is about a 1 min walk away! room was clean and spacious, with everything you could possibly need! will definitely be using this if i need to come back again. the couple running it were lovely too and saved us from losing some shorts that had flown off the balcony!

Superb

Great value for money. Host is very nice and helpful. Apartment is modest with all necessary equipment. It is a short walking distance to center and 10 min slow walk to Porto Montenegro. Parking is public and at the house if available. This is a great option to be very close to the center but at the no noise area.

Clean, perfectly located and with a friendly host.

Our host Ana was really friendly and helpful, she really made our stay carefree. The apartment was super clean, furniture is new and had everything we needed. It is also just next to the beach and at the beginning of the Porto Montenegro, so it’s just a few minutes walk to the center. I will definitely come back again!

great acommodation in perfect location, if qiuet place is preferable

perfect location - close to the main boardwalk, but in a quiet area, near a small marina. Local restaurants and public beach are close. Room with small kitchen place, enough to prepare basic food. Air conditioning, balcony, bathroom - all enough for a single or pair.

Anna & Kristijan were the beat hosts ever. nothing was a problem. They allowed me to check in early, check out late, ordered me taxis, printed out my bus tickets, basically they were the best ! I had a small bed sit with on suite bathroom and kitchen facilities. it’s a brand new property in a fantastic location at the far end of the promenade from Porto Montenegro which is only a 5 minute walk away. I really hope I come back one day as I will ensure I stay with Anna & Kristijan 10/10
