Отличное расположение, достаточно уютно, очень добрый владельцы, быстро отвечают и помогают, остались довольны, до главных улиц и порта 5 минут пешком.

It was completely tidy and clear. Diana was very helpful giving lots of advice and answering all the queries promptly. It was a great experience and enjoyable time.

The staff were confrontational and rude. I was informed a day to the end of my booking that I hadn’t paid for my stay. Which was very strange as it is either I get debit from my account or it is requested for on arrival. The manager/owner came with her daughter who insulted me before giving any concrete resolution. They also waited till the night before my departure to tell me I had to pay city tax myself in an office that had a queue. Thank goodness my flight was not too early in the morning.
