Excellent location. Friendly staff. Good selection of channels in room tv. Good en suite facilities.
It was a small single room but a chair would have been nice.

The Waverley is most excellently situated at the heart of the city centre and is immediately next to the departure point for all Ember buses. The staff were friendly. My room-no 10-appeared recently painted, was big and the bathroom was clean and accessible. The breakfast was actually pretty decent. Orange juice and marmalade. I would book this again (will probably). The only problem is...
It is bloody noisy on a Saturday night due to it's being at the heart of the nighttime city. Not the fault of the hotel but be aware. Either indulge or take up the offer of complementary ear plugs near the entrance.

Staff were all so friendly and helpful.
Bed was so comfy.
Room was spotless.
It is noisy because of it's location to bars but there is earplugs at reception for free, nice touch.
No toilet brush
No hairdryer, I could have went down but it was after a shower n a I was in my pjs. I should have asked on c/I. Anyway not a complaint just to make guests aware to ask.

Room was very basic but clean, breakfast wasn’t served until 7 30 am , we had to leave before that so just picked up a banana to go, location was good, staff were lovely.
No rom number on the door and was just to basic.
