Nice villa with big rooms and good location

Very nice location. Quiet place. Beautiful view on rice fields. Big supermarket in 5 minutes walking. Big rooms with high ceilings. Big useful kitchen with a nice wooden table.

The shower heads in both bathrooms were broken. The blankets and pillows smelled old.

I paid good money to stay in a villa that wasn't worth the money I paid.

The location was central to my needs, the pool, the bed was comfortable.

I had to step down through a hole in a wall onto bricks into a construction area to get to the Villa. The towel and tea towel were stained and the cutting board was disgusting ask to have replaced. The fridge seal was cover in mold and would defrosted and leak water onto the floor. The cooking pots were old aluminum and dishes needed to be cleaned. Any one could walk into the Villa yard, there was gate for security.

Position is not very central. The villa is not directly accessible by road, but through a narrow (and charming) walking path through the rice fields, as typical for most accommodations in that area. The owner made sure our luggage was always carried there for us by a staff member.

Bucholic quiet place in walking distance (~1 mile) to Central Ubud

We had our own swimming pool and a kitchen that was fine for a self catered breakfast. The view over the adjacent rice paddy and towards the nearby creek to the West was nice. We had relative privacy.and proximity to Bintang Supermarket (where our host met us, and where you must walk from) was convenient. Beds were comfortable. Overall great value for money and isolated from the hustle and bustle of central ubud. Also recommend the nearby Ketut’s Warung for brekky. Very tranquil setting.

We would have liked fresh towels as they diidnt dry easily (or much at all) this rainy time of year. The two bedrooms each have their own private and lockable doors and separate bathrooms accessed from each bedroom. That was good but for a family with 2 daughters, we didn’t really like leaving the kids to themselves in their own room, without internal access to the bedrooms. They would have had to come via our locked external door to our bedroom if needed. Not recommended for families with kids that cant get through the night independently. The path from the supermarket to the villa is fit only for able-bodied pedestrians. It can be a bit slippery after prolonged rain so not recommended for people with mobility issues. Path approx 200m between carpark and villa. There were a few mosquitoes around, mainly at night. The premise provided some electric vapour mosquito killer stuff and we bought a couple more because I absolutely wanted to avoid dengue etc. Mosquito repellant and coils are also handy. The local Bintang supermarket has pretty much everything you need, including fantastic fresh croissants baked on the premise! The ATM’s in the Bintang caprpark are mostly limited to 1milliin IDR withdrawals, but I could withdraw 3M from one of them.

Fabulous place to stay.

This is my 2nd stay at Rendira villa and the owner makes you feel so at home and comfortable. I love the fact that you have fresh drinking water and a kitchen. A private pool which is well maintained.

The cooking equipment could be better. The variety of cups and glasses could also be improved. The toilet gets wet when its raining, but I understand they cannot rectify that.

Lovin the Greens

The entire Villa is clean as well as the pool. It has a huge toilet. A small kitchen where you can cook. Close to Bintang Supermarket. The owner is accomodating.

The lights are a bit dim cause the rooms are big.

the family could not be more obliging. They went pit of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was ok.

Wonderful spot, great driver

Lovely location by some rice paddies. Spacious bedrooms with good storage and lockers. Nice outdoor dining kitchen area. Lovely clean pool for our own personal use The owner’s son acted as our driver and guide and took us to some great places. It was a lovely way to get to know ubud and the area around it. The nearby supermarket was well stocked too.

No road access made it a bit tricky for the member of our party who was on crutches but the villa staff helped by carrying luggage and being super kind!

Exceptional

What an amazing place to stay. You are in the rice fields, surrounded by nature, almost like being in a jungle. The beds are huge and comfortable, the pool is gorgeous and you are about 5 minutes walk to Bintang supermarket, ATM's and an authentic coffee shop, kopikopi, which sells very cheap, delicious Indonesian food. I will return!

Good Villa, beautiful pool but unfortunately poorly managed

Beautiful view and well maintained pool - Good and spacious rooms and bathrooms - Good Bed, we slept well - Secluded location, quiet but short walk to main road, loved the walk to the villa - Clean and well maintained villa overall

Unfortunately the villa per se is good but we experienced very poor management/host (in order of negative impact to our stay): (i) The host entered the villa without any prior notice - at least once per day during our week stay - (to pick up passports, to change garbage bin, deliver water, maintain the pool...), is is not what you expect for a PRIVATE villa experience (previous guests also pointed this out). Note that this was not the cleaning staff that contacted us though whatsapp in advance to arrange the time that they would come (as it should be done). (ii) On the day prior to our departure there was a management confusion and they told us we had to vacate the villa because there was another reservation that was coming 1 day earlier by mistake. Luckily it got resolved and we could stay. (iii) Check in was 2h late and we had to wait at a nearby bar I kindly let the host know about all of this improvement points and received silence as a reply, it takes no time to acknowledge the feedback and apologize.

Clean pool, AC works well, hot water and some kitchen supplies, no noise, near a supermarket and close to cafés

unfortunately at the advertisement not mentioned that there is no parking space, moreover villa is located among rice fields and to get there you should walk around 10 minutes on tiny tiny path, which is uncomfortable if you have luggage and slippery once it’s rainy. And also there is a stairs. But they helps us to bring it to the villa. Villa is ok, some smell in the room but clean. Looks a bit tired. Slippery bathrooms because there is open ceiling and always some leaking from the roof.

Staff were very professional and happy to help

Location was difficult to get to with kids and luggage. Not a problem if you only have backpacks. Photos were a lot nicer than the property. The location unfortunately meant that the Villa was filled with insects. It was not feasible to spend time outside of the rooms in the evening. Lighting was very dim as well.

A beautiful private villa hidden away but close to everything

Beautiful villa hidden away in the backstreets of Ubud. Loved the location near great cafes and restaurants. Private pool was awesome to wake up and go for a dip. Very comfy beds. Our host was lovely too, always available if we needed something or had a question, and he taught me a little bit of Indonesian which was very helpful!

Superb

A great little villa surrounded by small ricefields. The pool was just the right size and extremely clean, not even a leaf on the surface (it was cleaned each morning). The bedrooms had separate entrances so no one would be disturbed. All in all a great experience, would highly recommend.

Super comfortable villa located in beautiful nature.If you like to have real Bali experience this must be your place! -beds and pillows are big and confortable -enormous bedrooms and bathrooms -good pool dimensions and a very beautiful pool area -villa is reachable only by walking through magnificent path in the rice fields(bring your own light/torch) -we saw zero mosquitos or any others kind of bugs -super quite and calm -nice host with reasonable price for airport transfer -super fast WiFi signal We were family with two kids-6 and 12 years old

I could give only following recommendations: -supply of any kind of coffee machine -supply of any kind of portable lights/torches And something more to mention -each bedroom have his own entrance,no connection between ...could be good for two separate couples and may be uncomfortable for families with small kids (for us was ok)

Pleasant

Pool was great. Close to restaurants and not far from Monkey forest and markets. Air conditioner was amazing.

No bathtub. No chair in bedrooms. Fridge didn’t keep drinks cold as seal wasn’t working. No clean, dry towels on the 2nd day.

Rustige accomodatie met een superfijn zwembad midden in de rijstvelden.

Het huisje ligt rustig en het zwembad is erg fijn! Heerlijke schaal fruit bij aankomst en de eigenaar/personeel zijn heel behulpzaam.

De accomodatie is wel iets verouderd en de badkamer is basic. Zoals verwacht midden in de natuur deel je de accomodatie met wat beestjes. Het pad naar het huis toe is in de avond wat donker en kan een uitdaging zijn als je niet van kikkers en spinnen houdt.

une très bonne adresse pour être au calme à Ubud tout en étant bien situé !

La localisation dans les rizières.... très calme !!! Tout en étant à 2 min des commerces, 15 min à pied du centre d'Ubud.... super localisation. La corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée 🙏 La gentillesse du taxi qui nous a amené, accueilli. La communication fluide et très gentille avec les hôtes.

Fijne rustig accomodatie in buurt van centrum Ubud

Hele fijne plek! Lekker zwembad, twee slaapkamers. Rustig gelegen, maar met 20-25 lopen zit je in Ubud centrum. De supermarkt dichtbij is erg handig, ook zit er een heerlijk ontbijt-/lunchplekje. We hebben bijgeboekt en gaan volgende week weer :)

De keukeninventaris zou iets uitgebreider mogen. Voor een gezin was een wokpan of grotere koekenpan handig geweest.

Très agréable

La villa est très bien. C'était spacieux et propre. C'est très agréable de rester au bord de la piscine pour se reposer. La villa est bien placée à l'écart du bruit. Vous pouvez accéder facilement au centre ville. Attention pour y accéder il faut marcher un petit peu et passer par des jolis chemin à travers les rizières. Vous pouvez demandez de l'aide pour vos valises. Le supermarché bintang est juste à côté, c'est très pratique. Si vous avez besoin de vous faire livrer par grab ou gojeck je le faisais directement devant le bintang.

Draps propres mais tachés mais cela arrive souvent à Bali. C'est vraiment le seul petit défaut. Si on demande je pense qu'ils changent les draps sans aucun soucis. Le personnel est très gentil.

Para llegar hay que atravesar el campo de arroz desde el supermercado Bintang. En general el menaje de cocina estaba incompleto y viejo y las baldas del frigorífico estaban rotas Por lo demás muy bien

Piscine rien que pour nous, les enfants en ont bien profité ! Une corbeille de fruits à notre arrivée, nous avons apprécié ! Lits confortables, grande salle de bain. L'emplacement, on prend une ruelle pour accéder au logement (pas très facile d'accès) et on se retrouve en pleine nature comme si la ville et le trafic n'existait plus

Il faudrait des rideaux occultants car le réveil des enfants à 6h c'est pas très drôle 😅 La deuxième chambre n'est pas communiquante avec l'autre, il faut passer par dehors si on veut y accéder. Pas très rassurant pour les enfants. Et sentait l'humidité.
