Convenient, clean and very helpful and friendly staff.
Just a minor thing but a suitcase stand would be helpful, rather than the floor. Also there was a hiccup with getting our room serviced.

The atmosphere was good, made to feel very welcome, good facilities and a very good room overlooking fields.

Staff were very good and attentive.
Food in the evening was very good
Room was very hot, even with the heating off.
There was a strong musty smell in the bathroom.
The overall cleanliness of the property was not great and looks like it could do with a good deep clean.
some areas throughout the property could do with a little makeover.
