Modern hotel with many facilities, large rooms, lots of upscale features (toiletries, slippers, fruit plate upon arrival), kind staff and excellent breakfast.

Our room smelt of old nicotine and the room isn’t soundproof. Worthy to note if you’re sensitive to smells and the sounds of people coming and going, or music from other rooms.

Everything was great.

Location is superb with excellent parking

There were some things broken in the room, after an complaint they immediately changed the room and all was well.

We are family of 7: father, mother, daughters of age 20, 18, 5 and two sons 8Y, 9 months. We came at new Year's eave and stayed 5 days, visiting Erciyes mountains. Breakfast is absolutely unacceptable! Very limited varieties of cheese and veggies. Does not matter when you come to the breakfast - all already consumed and not being replenished. Last day- no food for children (chocolate balls), Ok, we brought ours. Asked for milk- "all consumed, sorry", was the reply. Stuff able to communicate only via Google translate, still understanding very poor. Come to know, that can order scrambled eggs or omlete- by experience. This wasn't announced elsewhere. Suggestion to management is to exclude breakfast offer from hotel package, as this is shame to have it like this! SPA facilities are segregated for man and woman. This wasn't announced in advance. Kids allowed to SPA from age 6 only. Sweaming pool temperature is refreshing. Actually good after sauna, but too cool for kids. Shower traps are not maintained: all overflowing and you have to take shower with feets sink in dirty water. We were having douplex room, begging of January, outside temperature at night -7/-10. When turn heating on, second floor of the room- can't breathe already after 10 minutes and needs to switch off, while first floor - is very chill. Having 9 months baby have to wear wool socks. Room shower- same problem: sink traps not maintained, water overflow. Water stream flow in shower very weak. When did booking on BOOKING.COM,- specified that one room require to be with two single beds and extra bed for 8 year son. Another room requested with baby bed. Received confirmation on email that all will be ready for our arrival. Actually,- was not. Nothing at all. Have to go to reception and insist on our requirements. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN WILL GO THAT PLACE. DOES NOT FORTH MONEY SPEND. CAN ADD LITTLE MORE AND NOT TO HAVE THIS DISAPPOINTMENT.

The spa was excellent. The steam room & sauna was very good.

there was a roof restaurant and there was loud music till 00:30, so it was not comfortable to sleep at that time.

The room is close to the lift and you can hear the bell from lift the whole time

Breakfast is very good and varied. The spa is separated for sexes, and it is great idea. Hammam relaxing, good price for massage. Several people guarding the hotel in front, for security reasons.

The restaurant is a place for smokers and the air conditioning is on the same system, so the installation smells like an ashtray and cannot be used. It has a really bad small in the room if you put it on.
