I had read some negative reviews about this place and came prepared for the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and new, and the staff were extremely helpful. They assisted us in arranging the shuttle bus to Erciyes and even checked on our flight status for possible delays. The staff went the extra mile by offering not to check us out in case our flight was delayed and we needed to return.

The facility was very well managed, clean, and modern. The room was spotless and airy, and the property even features a lift that operates with your room key for added convenience. The location is excellent—close to the city center and the bus terminal.
Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding.
