Very clean and cozy hotel with a great breakfast and kind and helpful staff at the reception.

The breakfast was really amazing and varied and came included. The whole hotel was extremely clean.

One suggestion is to update your coffee/espresso machine, as it didn’t make the espresso drinks correctly and there was no milk in the cappuccino.

good location = still not far from center, 10-15min walking from train station, 5-7min walking from tram stop, nice staff, not bad breakfast, from rooms on the back side is nice view to Mt. Erciyes

in rooms in 7th floor, which are immediatelly under the restaurant, is terrible & hot air and the air condition almost doesn't work; foods in restaurant are relatively expensive

Great staff

The hotel had bad sound isolation, ventilation and also everyone smoke inside. Breakfast was okay. But what I liked the most is staff who doesn’t speak a word English but with translator they did for us great favors! Super friendly. For 4 evenings in the restaurant they became our friends that we wanted to take with us to Kyiv :)

A big thank you to the reception team and a massive shout-out the restaurant crew! You made our staying at Imamoglu Pasa an unforgettable experience. We'll be telling stories for a long time about how great a Turkish hospitality can be! I hope we'll have a chance to visit again someday!

It'll be great if hotel diversifies the breakfast menu. Staying for almost one week and having the same menu for breakfast is a bit boring (and it's COVID time so breakfast is plated, not buffet).

Reasonable choice.

My father was a rail fan and we could see a freight train forming from the breakfast room. The staff was able to help us locate a mini market and an office nearby to send a small parcel.

We ended up in a smoking room which was unpleasant.
