Very nice stay in Kayseri

Everything. Good location in city center with Tram station nearby, clean, comfort, well equipped. Staff are very nice to pack breakfast for me to take away in the night before my early check-out.

Good value hotel easy 15 minute stroll to centre and all sites. 15 minute transfer by taxi from airport or bus station. Cost 100tl on both occasions. Staff friendly and helpful. Ample choice at breakfast. Kettle, fridge and hairdryer in room. Bed comfortable and clean. Room pleasing to eye but jaded. Plenty hot water and strong shower. Would stay again

Good stay at this clean, well-located hotel

The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were clean. The location was somewhat away from the market area, but still within walking distance. The breakfast also was a rather large spread.

The lighting in the room could have been better. Also, the rooms need to be better sound-proofed.

Buffet was good. But they need to refill as there trays that were empty.

The cramped toilet and shower space they were too close together. The taps in bathroom are rusted. Ladies smoking outside my room in the lobby on the second floor.

Nice hotel with great location en service

Nice hotel with great service and the location is in the city centre. You can walk or take the bus/metro for cumhuriyet meydani. A grocery store nearby which is 24/7 open. Hotel has a great view and a park nearby so you can take a night walk and sit in the park.

I didnt get any info about wifi or breakfast which was included in my booking.

Easy to find Staff was nice It s ok for a night in transit

The toilet didn't work and as the hotel was full, they couldn't change our room. So we had to stay in this room even with broken bathroom. It was not the hotel fault but in the morning there were no electricity so the breakfast room was totally in the dark. I just thought that it would have been nice if the staff would have offered flashlight or some help.

Sehr netter und ruhiger Aufenthalt mit überraschendem Obstteller als Willkommensgruß. Fantastisches Frühstücksbuffet und ganz liebes Personal!

Zu Fuß in die wenigen interessanten Ecken von Kayseri ist es ein bisschen zu Laufen, mind. 12 Minuten. Das ist aber kein Manko des Hotels!

Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Grand Zara avant notre vol matinal. L’hôtel est propre, confortable et très pratique pour une courte étape. Le personnel est attentionné et accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre passage encore plus agréable. Une excellente adresse que nous recommandons volontiers !
