The bellman was memorable: always thrilled to see his guests, he makes such an effort to make you feel welcome, speaks good English and has an observant eye.
If it weren't for him, this hotel is like all the others in this grand avenue: good standard, large, suitable for people who do business, close to the train station and main artery.
The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is good, everything is clean and works well.
If you're a light sleeper and aren't used to the sound of traffic, ask for a room on the back end. It is well insulated from the noise, but the highway gets really busy and loud.

The hotel is 10mins walk far from center, close to few small shops and nice restaurants. Nice view to the mountain if you are lucky to get a room oriented toward Erciyes. The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. The parking space is not great but there is somebody there that will find the good place and park your car for you (highly appreciated). Free water, tea and coffee in the room plus a device for boiling water, which was great for us, as we use to fill our thermal bottles with hot tea in the morning when going to ski. The rooms were cleaned on request.
The hotel seems to target clients in transit, which was not great for a family planning to stay for an entire week. It is placed on the side of a highway like road, with very high traffic from early morning till late in the night, which makes the rooms very noisy, if you are not lucky to get a room oriented on the other side of the building.
The rooms are very small, with no closet for keeping our stuff which remained in trollers for the entire week.
Breakfast was very basic, with the same offer each morning and the things like omelette or sausages expected to be warm were always almost cold.

The breakfast. The room is quite big but it is an old building.
The staff couldn't speak English especially the one who handles the parking lot or managing the arrival guest . Even basic English seems very hard for him. He seems like to talk in very high tone.
The room itself has a climate issue. Despite the fact that we understand that it is still in Winter period but they have realized that their room could not absorb that much cold weather. So the room temperature only get better in early morning. The air conditioning will not work as they said the centralized system was not open until spring season. With that said, we slept in a really hot environment..we had to open the window but could not help much because
The hotel is really facing a busy road. It was really noisy. I think if you decide to stay more than 1 night, please think twice.
