Very disappointing experience

Very unprofessional management. Even though I had already paid through Booking.com, they refused to give me the room until I paid again at the reception, promising to solve it later — which never happened. I ended up paying twice for a short stay (checked in at 3 a.m., left at 9 a.m.). The amount isn’t big, but it’s about the principle.

Lot of noise from the highway or main road in front of the hotel, they need to consider secondary glazing of windows, open electrical socket under the hair dryer which gave me a mild shock after bath.

The people were very friendly and helpful

I'm not used to a room where smoking is aloud anymore. It was clean and comfy, and the window gave some fresh air, but I still smelled secondhand smoke.

Great location for airport and a stop over before Cappadocia

Close to the airport so the taxi was cheap. Price reflects the amenities provided but don’t expect the best hotel ever. Staff were friendly and helped arrange a taxi in the morning. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet.

Good for 1 or 2 days stay.

Staff is pollite and tries to help and is always there. Clean sheets. Free Bottles of water every day. Breakfast is OK and has variety of food.

Hotel is a bit old and carpentry and bathroom a bit old. Aircondition doesnt cope well when outside temperatures are high. Very much noise comming from the nearby highway.

The first room I was given had carpet floors and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It seems like people smoke in most rooms despite the clear no smoking sign. Initially I had a very poor impression. However, after I mentioned the situation to the receptionist, they very kindly changed my room to a double bedroom without carpet floors, which didn’t smell, so I was pleased with that one. If you’re not comfortable with the smell of smoking I would avoid.

Great location, walking distance to the city center and only 10 mn drive to Kayseri airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and very reactive everytime I sent a message. And I got to see Mount Erciyes from my room :)

Disappointing

The reception staff were kind and helpful.

The room was not clean and had to call for it to be vacuumed. Fridge wasn't working but had it replaced. I think they could update their furniture as it all seems quite old. WiFi wasn't great. Bathroom is very dark with not much lighting. Our second family room requested their room to be cleaned and it hadn't. The shower nozzle wasn't connected to the wall, so it was a "hand shower" The mattress was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic. I think there is much room for improvement.

The location is conveniently situated between the center and the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty, the wi-fi was slow when it worked, AC did not work and it was extremely hot in the room even with low temperatures outside. The sink was a little clogged and in general the room was not in the greatest state.

Basic hotel near the railway station

It's a decent hotel with everything you need to spend a few nights in Kayseri. It's relatively close (15 minute walk) to the city centre and in the vicinity of the central railway station. The breakfast was decent, the staff friendly and professional. I did enjoy the view of Mount Erciyes from my hotel window.

Considering it's a fairly old and rundown hotel, in my opinion (considering my travel experience of nearly 15 years in Turkey), it's a bit overpriced for Turkey and the quality it offers. Although the corridors have been renovated, the rooms, furniture and the ventilation system are also in dire need of renovations.

Cheap and nasty option

As the goal was to book a hotel near the ASR airport, I would say I liked the location. There are some nice restaurants nearby. The staff were also helpful and responsive. The price was definitely cheap but in this case, the cons far outweigh the pros.

The room was very small and the bathroom extremely basic. To make things worse, the linens & the floor were dirty as well as one of the ceiling lights in rhe bathroom was broken. The air conditioning for room was from middle ages and none of the settings could turn the heat down. Overall a basic hotel in a developing town/city.

The staff was incredibly helpful and spent much time with us helping us with various things. Moreover, the hotel was very flexible about our stay as we needed to alter dates due to an unforeseen situation.
