We arrived in the middle of the night (4.30 AM) with the Dogu Expres in Kayseri but fortunately this hotel has a 24h reception. Comfortable room.

Location for train station is perfect, but it's also next to a busy highway. Wifi is very difficult to connect, although we got great help of the staff.

Average stay if your planning to stay short term to take a flight

The fact that the airport was so close by before our flight. No close restaurants around for a quick bite as the restaurants are closed between 3-7pm however the young gentleman managed to get us some food at 7pm.

Bathroom was clogging, sheets were torn, the receptionist could not speak english. we shifted our rooms thrice as the AC was not cooling

Terrible staff Bad neighborhood, far to city center by walk City view is actually industry are view Some nights extremely loud because of the cafe nearby Fridge was not working Staff was not helpful. Only they were trying to look friendly. I was asking how to go ski center with public transportation and reception said he doesn't know as receptionist who works in Kayseri. Just after that, he add that they have transport service to ski center. Simply they are chasing their own 10 liras comission. Their ski shuttle left me on the mountain because I was in ski till 19:00 which is official closure time of the ski center. I had to hijack back to hotel and I received no refund. When I explain this to reception, they did nothing else than pretending sad face. Breakfast was good but staff didn't inform me about scrambled eggs. If you are tourist they don't care. If you are good with waiter, he offers you scrambled eggs. Long story short: They are corrupt in their small hotel as same as all city of Kayseri.

All good here. Convenient spot if you are having a stop-over to catch a flight or some other sort of business. Rooms are good size and there's easy free park in the neighbourhood.
