Fantastic staff that any hotel would love to have

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Director, who went out of his way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. When I encountered an issue checking in for my flight, the receptionist kindly offered to let me use his personal phone to resolve it.

Reasonable place to stay

Location is good, you can easily walk to the city center, 12-15 minutes walk to the Develi bus that goes to Erciyes. The bed is nice, the shower works fine despite some comments. The Internet was good enought to watch Youtube. The staff is very friendly.

The breakfast could be more diverse, really missed some cereal and proper coffee. The air in Kayseri in winter is not partiularly clean, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Best hotel in price quality relation

We liked a lot the hotel, big room, they waited for us at night, and helped to change money on a very good course. The breakfast is on amazing too floor I guess most rooms have the views. And what is a rare thing in Anatolia- they have air conditioning!! The speak English and explained well how to go in the morning.

The bath could be renovated a bit.

An enjoyable stay

The room is spacious and very comfortable. It is cleaned every day. A bottle of water per person, as well as tea and coffee, is supplied on a daily basis. Our room was facing mount Erciyes. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The internet access is really good and unlike many other places in Turkey we didn't have any troubles connecting to it. The location is in a quiet area, the Castle can be reached on foot, though it takes something like 10-15 minutes walking. There is air conditioner which is good for the summer heat. The staff is very kind and helpful. The instructions that we received from Yashar how to reach different places were extremely clear and easy to follow. We will definitely stay at the same hotel if we we ever visit Kayseri again.

The only thing that could have been better was the hot water. It wasn't actually hot, just a bit warm, but for the summer it was fine.

I liked the staff. Very helpful and willing to answer questions. the facilities were nice and the location is very good for rest, very quiet neigborhood.

The bathrooom we stayed was always wet because the water from the cabin shower was swepting from it and making all the toilet wet.

Je reviendrais, bien placé et personnel au petits soins

La situation géographique, près de tout à pied et facilite d’accès. Petites attentions du personnel, qui ont pris soin de nous. Café et fruits découpés offert, et livre dans la chambre, lorsqu’ils savaient que nous étions là. Merci à eux et à leur disponibilité. Ménage et rangent de la chambre fait tous les jours sans qu’on leur demande. Ils rechargeaient sans cesse café et thé, dosettes mis à disposition dans chaque chambre, ainsi que les bouteilles d’eau. Frigo et coffre fort dans la chambre. Grande baie vitrée, donc très lumineux et vu sur la ville.

Le seul bémol c’est qu’il manque un peu de modernité et pas assez isolé niveau sonorité.
