The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Director, who went out of his way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. When I encountered an issue checking in for my flight, the receptionist kindly offered to let me use his personal phone to resolve it.

Het gemak, zowel van boeken als de vriendelijkheid van de mensen. we waren op doorreis en dit was goed te bereiken en prima voor een nacht!

Location is good, you can easily walk to the city center, 12-15 minutes walk to the Develi bus that goes to Erciyes.
The bed is nice, the shower works fine despite some comments.
The Internet was good enought to watch Youtube.
The staff is very friendly.
The breakfast could be more diverse, really missed some cereal and proper coffee.
The air in Kayseri in winter is not partiularly clean, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.
