The location is good, the rooms are spacious and nice and the bathrooms are good.

The room wasn't cleaned during my entire stay, not even to empty the bin in the toilet. The walls are thin so any noise is the corridor or adjacent rooms can be heard. The WiFi was okay, but slow. You have to pay extra for breakfast.

Absolutely a great stay!

I did not know what to expect since this was our first visit to a hotel in Kayseri, but in a blink of an eye, all our doubts were gone. The staff were friendly, and helpful beyond measures. The breakfast was perfect, the room was clean, and the hotel is in the mere city centre. Absolutely a great stay!

The staff members are not speaking English very well, but communication and service is not a problem if you use Google translate.

Good location, close to the Old Town, 15 min walk to the Citadel. Taxi from the airport 10-15 min, 45 lira. In the room there is an electric kettle and a fridge with drinks for free!

Weak internet connection breaks often. There was no taxi ordered for the morning - I think the receptionist forgot to order it :-)

I wasn’t expecting a lot with this but was pleasantly surprised. It is located in the midst of a very charming historical section of Kayseri. I slept well and had one of the best showers I’ve had in Turkey in terms of hot water and water pressure.

It’s pretty bare bones, but as long as you are expecting that then it’s fine.

Wonderful place with charming view and kind and smily personel

Very-very helpful and supportive team of the hotel. They note the slightest nuances of what and how the guest likes, and rush to make his stay at the hotel as convenient, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It suits not only for business purposes and stays, and in the same time quite comfortable for long terme stay with skiing purposes. Really close to an Old Fort and Market. It was very warm in the room. Very pleasant stay. I will recommend the hotel all my friends. Special thanks to Fatih for his exceptional helpfullness and hospitality.

Improvement opportunities. It would be nice if for those guests who stay more than one night, the staff could learn how to cook oatmeal with milk, cheesecakes, pancakes with cottage cheese for breakfast, and also diversify it from time to time, for example, serving fries and rolls berek. Bottles of water as a compliment from the hotel would greatly improve the favorable impression, because it costs only half of lira, and how nice it is to have everything you need at hand when entering the room! Guests from fifth floor smoked too much in their rooms, in spite of regular airing efforts, doing by personnel. (Postcards for my friends are still not delivered by Kayseri postane :-( From Istanbul all of them were delivered till 10 February.)
