Wonderful stay in the heart of historical Kayseri

The location is perfect. It is right in the center, yet very quiet. You can easily walk to Kayseri Castle, and there are shops and even a car wash nearby, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. There is also a very nice and tasty restaurant right next to the hotel. The hotel offers free parking, which is a big advantage. The parking attendant was a very kind and helpful gentleman, and the whole parking process was smooth and easy. The hotel is located in a historical area with old traditional Kayseri houses. It is actually a local landmark, and staying in such a beautiful historic house was a very special experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and authenticity. The room was very comfortable and warm, even during cold weather. The Wi-Fi worked well. The room was cleaned every single day, which is something I honestly have not seen in many hotels recently. That was a very pleasant surprise. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was not exactly to my personal taste, but the variety of food was absolutely sufficient.

Good hotel, good location in Kayseri

The hotel is in a convenient part of town within walking distance to most of the major sites and restaurants. It is also a comfortable stay, especially if you get the ground floor suite, where we took up two rooms as an extended family. Parking was also not a problem, which is not the norm for many Turkiye hotels in the middle of the city!

The courtyard was a bit anodyne, and could be spruced up a bit with some shades or trees so it isn't so hot in the summer time.

A good servicable hotel in easy proximity of central Kayseri

The rooms were comfortable enough, and there was an outside sitting room where we could sit with family across the hall and hang out after hours when the kids went to bed. It was also within walking distance of the major Kayseri sights.

It was a bit anodyne and hot out in the main courtyard, and more could be done with that space. You also have to slog across a dusty otopark to get to the sights in Kayseri.

Nice place with awasome guy in the reception!

It was nice, I like it. The most significant thing for me was the guy in the reception. Thank you bro! I was fasting and I was the one person fasting at that days in the hotel. This very kind guy prepared sahur (morning breakfast at 4:20 am) for me and once even woke him up.

Very bad hotel to stay. Would not recommend to anyone for free!

The hotel is a dungeon....period! We did not stay there.The hotel charged me for 2 nites in advance upon check in. We went to the room and within 10 minutes we checked out and they won't refund the money. I have already disputed with my. Credit card company.

Everything from location, room, staff. Couldn't communicate in English at all. We were stuck. The room had a very bad smell like pee!

Good place to stay in Kayseri

Room was on the ground floor, of decent size and having good amenities. The room felt welcoming and had sufficient natural lighting.

The room smelled heavily of cigarettes - perhaps it was a smoking room. The smell was not unbearable but undeniable. The bathroom ceiling kept dripping water, which was surprising when you're in the bathroom, and the bathroom although clean, is rather dark. The shower holder also had a strange position which made it impossible to hold the shower head. Finally, the internet was not great and cut out a few times but this seems to be an issue all over Turkiye.

The location was really good, next to a beautiful old house and an amazing restaurant. Walking distance to the city centre and all main attractions. We had a room on ground floor so we could use little patio in front.

The staff was nice, but they didnt speak English. They made an effort to communicate through Google Translate. The bed was soft and walls are thin so we could hear the guests next to us (I had to sleep with earplugs).

Ons kamer was 1 van de twee familiekamers, deze zijn redelijk oud en nog niet gerenoveerd, ze zijn wel bezig met een totaal renovatie..
