Pleasant and comfortable hotel.

The Bupa hotel is great value for money. Our room and bathroom was spacious and very clean. Everyday our water and tea/coffee was replaced. The staff is friendly and will do more than can be expected to make your stay comfortable. Location is about two kilometers from most attractions. Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety and always fresh and replenished. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean hotel with good customer service, and easy access to major attractions in Kayseri

I enjoyed my 8 days staying is this hotel very much. The staff were super helpful and responsive; the room is cleaned nicely every day. Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of selections. The location is very good for people who are active and enjoy walking from a residential area to the Castle and Republic Square (15 mins or so). It is only a few minutes walk to a metro station which is frequent and super modern. The receptionist Can Özergin in particular is very helpful in organising shuttle bus transfer to Erciyes ski resort, and sorting out the mis-understanding in return journey schedules with the shuttle bus company. He speaks perfect English and provides information regarding public transport options to the ski resort as well as how to get to the main Bus Station for my onward journey to Cappadocia. The Wifi signal is strong and reliable.

The mosque opposite hotel has a 5pm morning call to prayer, which doesn't bother me as I woke up early. For people who prefer not to be woken up that early might want to ask for a room away from the street.

Centrally located. They serve a good breakfast. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable.

Ask for a non-smoking room if you prefer one, I've stayed here twice and both rooms had a strong remnant of cigarette smoke.

For a £30 hotel you get amazing comfort, great rooms, wonderful staff, and a central location about 10 minutes from the airport. Rooms feel designed with comfort and security in mind. If you're looking for an equivalent it's a Premier Inn or a Travelodge.

neat, clean hotel, floor heating, TV, kettle in the room, fresh towels, soap, water every day, staff is friendly, but speaks little English, parking, quiet street outside the window, there are shops close

WiFi worked well at the reception, breakfast with almost no meat dishes, very hot blanket, you can hear the neighbors, but talking to the staff helps to establish silence, no dryer for ski boots. it is a pity that the hotel does not have a pool or sauna

neat, clean hotel, staff speaks little English, but tries, warm floor, TV, WiFi, buffet, but almost without meat, only instant coffee, very hot blankets, there is a mosque right in front of the hotel and at 06:30 the first sermon starts very loudly , everywhere they accept cash Euros and Dollars, as well as credit cards

Great Pick for an Overnight in Kayseri.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and to help guide us on to our next destination. Well beyond our expectations. The shower was outstanding -- hot water with good water pressure. We have discovered that this is not a given in Turkey. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection of fresh vegetables, greens, cheeses, olives, and breads, as well as cooked selections Much better than we had expected. The location was just a five minute walk from a bus stop to the Otogari.

Noise at night

Nothing

Rooms have thin walls. My neighbour was load. He watch TV and speak load all night. During a midnight i was complain to hotel staff at that. They call him however did not solve the problem. He wake me and also my bussines partner in another room across the hall. The noise was all night until 4am
