Brand new hotel in the heart of Kayseri stunning views.

Location. It is in the heart of Kayseri Turkey. Town is a fantastic skiing destination and shopping and food are outstanding.

Everything is good here. People are friendly and it is one of those places were tourism is in its early stages so there are no scams and no rip offs.

Прекрасный отель, очень дружелюбный персонал, заказали нам такси до аэропорта. Удобная кровать, хороший сигнал wi-fi, очень чисто, хорошо оборудованная ванная комната. Отель находиться на тихой улице, но рядом есть остановки автобуса и трамвая. Большой выбор, где можно поесть. Отличный завтрак.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Fußläufig alles erreichbar

Gegenüber vom Hotel war ein Kaffee welches Live Musik gespielt hat. Leider konnten wir durch die Lautstärke der Live Musik welches bis 24:00 Uhr jeden Tag stattfand ,nicht einschlafen. Sobald die Musik endet, ist es sehr ruhig und man kann danach gut schlafen

Un séjour de rêve

Hôtel neuf et à la pointe du progrès en électronique (sécurité, déplacement…) Situé à proximité des sites à visiter. Un parking privé. Un personnel attentif. Des chambres spacieuses et très confortables. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Des hôtels de standing ont du mal à rivaliser avec Bupa de Luxe à Kayseri. Une adresse à conserver !!

Das Personal war mega unfreundlich und zudem sehr unprofessionell. Das Frühstück war eine note 5. Das essen wird um 7 hingestellt und danach nichts mehr frisch zubereitet. Die Putzfrauen sind immer wieder mal ins zimmer reingeplatzt obwohl das Licht auf "nicht stören" war ohne zu klopfen oder mit mind. zwei mal klingeln obwohl nicht stören..... der Hinweis darauf, dass noch mehr drauf geachtet werden soll war die Antwort daraufhin, dass sie zu kaputt sind durch die Arbeit und sie nicht drauf achten können. Bzgl. der Lage kann ich nur sagen, dass es sehr laut ist!!! Um die Ecke ist eine Location mit sehr lauter Musik bis Nachts und das von Montag bis Sonntag durchgehend. Unten direkt nebenan ist ein Männercafe, die sich auch mal hin und wieder laut streiten und man dadurch wach gerüttelt wird. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand als ich gebucht hatte, dass das Hotel ein Innenpool und ein Fitnessraum besitzt. Das war auch der Grund, warum wir das Hotel gebucht haben für so einen teuren Preis. Leider war die Aussage, dass das alles noch nicht fertig ist und die auch nichts dagegen machen können. Nach Anfrage auf Preisnachlass aus Kulanz ist man uns auch nicht entgegen gekommen. Booking habe ich angeschrieben, bis dahin hatten die Besitzer vom Hotel allerdings die beiden Ausstattungen rausgenommen, so das man hier auch kein Anspruch mehr bekommen hat.... Als ich in der Loggia war, kam eine weitere Dame die vor Ort gebucht hat. Sie hat 1800 türkische Lira für eine Nacht bezahlt, sind umgerechnet ca. 37€ also einfach die Hälfte vom Preis von booking.com!!! So eine Unverschämtheit!!!!! Im Großen und Ganzen eine Note 6. Wir waren froh, als wir da raus sind.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gerne wieder.

Sehr sauberes, neues Hotel mit guter Ausstattung und bequemen Betten. Wir waren fast alleine im Hotel, daher war es sehr ruhig. Zum Frühstück gab es ein sehr großes Buffet mit sehr vielen verschiedenen Optionen. Das Hotel ist nahe zum Stadtzentrum gelegen. Wir waren eine Nacht hier nachdem wir erst relativ spät in Kayseri gelandet sind und waren sehr zufrieden. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.

Musik beim Frühstück war sehr laut.

Sehr schoenes, vor kurzem neu eroeffnetes Hotel. Zimmer war gross, mit wasserkocher und kostenlosen kaffee. Bett bequem. Alles sauber. Bad hatte sogar fussbodenheizung. Preis-leitungs-verhältnis stimmt auf jeden fall. Wünsche würden erfüllt und dad Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war inbegriffen, habe es aber nicht probiert. Lage ist super, Friseur Cafe Restaurant vor der Tür. Bin sehr zufrieden und komme wieder!
