Great find in Kayseri, close to the airport. Room was clean, large and comfortable.

The room was spacious, but furniture just functional, bathroom was ok, the surroundings were noisy, the check-in unprofessional, the pillows a disgrace; the breakfast room dull, but breakfast opulent, the overall value for money ok; we would not want to recommend this hotel

Very pleased with my stay here and would come again. Only passing through. The ski shuttle picks people up outside hotel at 9am and returns at 5pm.

Hotel says it is non smoking. But everywhere was the smell of cigerette smoke. It was uncomfortable and I struggled to sleep.

The staff are very well-trained and make you feel welcome. The room was clean with nearly all the amenities you would expect (I did need to ask for hangers). Nice hotel about 1 kilometer from the old downtown area. The breakfast was good. I was hoping for a view of Erciyes Mountain, but it was blocked by a neighboring apartment building.
