    Disappointing, amateurish, dirty
    1. The hotel lied about its descriptions. On booking, it is indicated 4* while on site it is a 3* and in reality, not even a 2*. Since the stars meet very specific criteria and levels of service that the customer is entitled to expect. 2. The service is really poor. I had to go down every evening when I returned to my room to ask for someone to come and make my internet connection work. The toilets are broken and the cleaning is not done well. You can still see the traces of products on the taps. 3. Bad lighting and the smell of cigarettes that still linger even when the rooms are cleaned. I had to air my room at a late hour. 4. The insulation is really not very efficient. You can hear everything that is said or done in the neighboring room. 5. The breakfast is poor and not available in quantity. I went up to have breakfast at 08.45 and the scrambled eggs were already finished. I asked for some to be told that it was finished and some time later, customers arrived after me and had scrambled eggs. This attitude in particular is unworthy of a hotel establishment. Serving customers based on their origins or skin color is simply incredible and insane. I will not recommend this hotel under any circumstances and find that Booking.com is also responsible because I have been using B.com without hesitation for over 20 years and this is my worst experience with B.com. I think you should exclude this establishment from your reference immediately and do a minimum of due diligence before sending people to the cauldron!

    The rooms are old and dirty looking. We were always asking for towels and very simple things wich they must put in every room

    Okay for a short stay
    == The hotel is worth the money if your nights are up to 1-2. The rooms are too small and may not offer much comfort, but everything in the room looks a little bit worn out and needs a good cleaning and refreshment. == Comfort beds, duvets, pillows == The breakfast is very good == Good location in the center of Kayseri == The rooms are air-conditioned
    == It needs of more of cleanliness == WiFi is good, but have a password only for the floor that is your room, so you cannot use WiFi in the breakfast room or on another floor. This is inconvenient.

    Потрясающе хороший персонал. Очень добрые, всегда помогут, вежливые. Я в восторге от персонала.
    В отеле разрешено курить. Поэтому весь отель прокурен. В коридорах вонь из-за этого. В номере спать не возможно, т.к. стоит стойкий запах сигарет. Причем запах из коридора легко переходит в комнаты. Я уехала вся прокуренная, и вся моя одежда. Это ужасно. По чистоте: Тюль там черная. Толи сама по себе такая, толи никогда не стиралась.
