Fantastic and professional staff!

Front desk staff are very kind and breakfast was delicious.

While the rooms are non-smoking, the property is not smoke-free. Cigarette smoke is apparent in the rooms in the evening, which is unpleasant.

Historical building in a good location with great rooms and kind staff.

Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful and clean rooms, delicious food, and the staff were kind enough to offer me a room change due to noise near the hotel (keep in mind this was during winter when the hotel was not fully booked).

It was a memorable one and definitly deserve a 5star rating.

The location is good. Walking distance to the city, museum and bazaar. The staff were super super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and delicous. It was a memorable experience. Really recommend this hotel and will definitly comeback again for next ski holiday.

A perfect stay made unforgettable by exceptional people.

I like everything about this hotel. From the moment they picked me and my family up from the airport, even after our flight was delayed by three hours, we reach Keysari past midnight, the experience has been wonderful. The rooms are really good, the overall look and feel of the hotel is impressive, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the authentic local dishes. But what truly makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. My special thanks to Çağkan and Duygu for their exceptional customer service. They made our stay memorable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to returning in the future.

The hotel exceeded my expectations.

I like the cleanliness of the room, decors, the neighboring building were in the same style and reminded me of Kaleichi area in Antalya. It was warm and comfortable in the room, I had complimentary upgrade and and my other special request was accepted as well. I had help with luggage. The building seems new or at least recently renovated. Taxi to airport 400 turkish liras or bus №100 is 30 turkish liras. I would come back to this hotel in the future

Nice hotel. In quiet location (except for the music at a restaurant/club next door, which the reception warned us about at check in--it was not that bad actually, because we go to bed late). Room was average size, bed comfortable. Had to leave early, so staff fixed us a breakfast to go.

Flawless hotel, we will stay here again

Everything about this hotel is flawless, the staff, styling, decor, comfort, location, parking, everything is immaculate. We were welcomed as guests upon arrival, and treated as guests until we left. The staff were professional, wonderful and attentive to every nèed. The hotel occupies a group of beautifully restored and renovated historical buildings - it has been done with exceptional style and attention to detail. The room was spacious and well appointed, everything worked and it was cozy and comfortable. The location is an easy flat walk to everything in the middle of the older part of Kayseri and we could easily see everything we wanted to visit. We were so impressed by this hotel, they have achieved what dozens of other hotels have failed to do across Türkiye in presenting a superb quality character stay exactly as offered, with every detail perfectly resolved. To add value, the breakfast was excellent, the quality ingredients another reflection of the flawless attention to detail. We will saty here again when we return to this lovely and relaxed city.

Lovely hotel with beautiful designed rooms and very friendly staff. We felt like princesses sleeping in the judge and comfy beds. Our highlight was the breakfast. The best we had during our whole trip.

Nice Hotel, Friendly Staff, Pleasant City

Very nice hotel in a renovated Armenian mansion with large and clean rooms with friendly and helpful employees. They serve an excellent breakfast with many things to choose from. Parking is easy and free. The hotel is a bit hard to find but we had no trouble when using a map. The hotel is located close to the old city, bazaar and castle. All are in walking distance. I want to thank especially one person we met during breakfast. I forgot her name but she is very helpful and full of energy (and speaks German very well). I'm sure you will see her.

The only thing I regret is that I did not stay longer.

Very good location, super friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Additionally, we got a free upgrade to a superior room and lunch boxes on the day of our departure, as it was too early for breakfast. All in all, we received a VIP treatment on all levels. Thank you! We will be back!

Great location, very kind staff, would recommend

Staff were super friendly, and helped with parking which was a little tricky. Great location, and they told us about the 'Cultural Road' that starts nearby and takes you through a great loop through Kayseri showing all the key sights. We had to leave early for the airport and they packed an early sandwich breakfast for us... Very kind!

Parking was a bit tricky (multiple entrances with gates), but if you call via WhatsApp they can help, or just park nearby and walk in and someone will help! Not sure if we got an older or newer rooms, but the roof was quite low and tall people may struggle 😂 The bed was also a little short for a 1.9m person. We had a few mosquitos in the room when we opened windows to cool down, but that may have been just bad luck (and I note there was air conditioning we could have used instead).

Warm and welcoming boutique hotel in a handy location to Kayseri’s attractions. Highly.

It’s a lovely hotel in a beautiful old building. Our room was spacious and elegant with extra touches like bathrobes and plush pillows making it extra comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful and special mention of the fantastic breakfast buffet expertly overseen by the lovely Ahmet. Thankyou all and no hesitation in recommending this little oasis in Kayseri.

Lovely for short stay but the stairs were very tiring.

Location was very central to wherever we needed to go. The breakfast was very nice. The room was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The only downside was that there was lots and I mean lots of stairs. We had to go down and up stairs to get to our room which i suppose was good exercise but quite hard in 34 degrees heat, not suitable for wheelchair users.

Climbing all those stairs which was a bit of a challenge in the heat.

It wasn't easy to find the way as the parking gate was closed and there was no sign indicating the way to the hotel.

Real gem in Kayseri

Located right in the old town of Kayseri and a short walk from the city center, this hotel is a real gem. The staff were super accommodating: we had booked one of the modern rooms but since there was a concert on nearby, they gave us the option to take the traditional room which was facing away from the concert and therefore quieter (they even showed us both room so we could decide). The pictures of the traditional room don't do it justice, it's a huge super nice room with a modern bathroom. There is a lot of attention to detail in the hotel, we got an iced tea when we arrived, there are complementary biscuits in the lobby, and there is loose tea in the room to brew. Our booking included breakfast but we had to leave before the breakfast started, so the staff arranged takeaway sandwiches for us. They also gave us a great dinner restaurant recommendation with authentic regional food. They also have parking available free of charge.

Beautiful place in the middle of town. Absolutely fantastic room, old style, but with all the modern amenities, absolutely wonderful. Helpful staff, ample parking, a fantastic breakfast buffet. Had amazing local food for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very much enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on the way back.

An absolutely fantastic hotel close to the historic city centre of Kayseri. Excellent parking, great breakfast, warm and friendly staff (special thanks to Duygu), lovely atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms, some with lovely Armenian wooden panelling and furniture.

Perfection!

From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enchanted by its beauty. The room was not just comfortable but absolutely fantastic, offering a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The location couldn't have been better, with the old city and all its treasures within easy walking distance. What truly set this place apart, though, was the staff. Çağkan and the team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Amazing Turkish hospitality

Room was amazing, and we were upgraded which was a very pleasant surprise. Every day it was cleaned spotless and all the amenities were refilled. Breakfast was good and had a variety of traditional flavours. You could buy speciality juices and eggs in case you wanted and the staff did their best to accommodate all requests. Arrival was very welcoming with a tea at reception. All the staff was very friendly and available for all requests.

The hotel is a 1-hour drive from Goreme and all of the well known Cappodocia attractions. We had a car so we didn’t mind as the roads are very good, but something worth considering if you book the 5AM balloon ride!

Ideal quiet, friendly place

All staff, including the Manager, Eda at the reception and Esra in the kitchen, were always available and has a very friendly manner. The dinner was delicious and the complementary teas, cookies in the room were a nice gesture. Ideal location: in a newly renovated historical building, right at the edge of the old town but in a quiet surrounding! We stayed in a room decorated in traditional, wood style - lovely and well-equipped. Strongly recommended.
