Terrible hotel in Kayaseri Turkey. The staff are scammers

They are thieves. I booked thru Booking.com and then Radisson told me they had a room but for $1000. Would not honor the reservation. It was very late at night in a strange country and we had to rely on strangers to help us with the language barrier to find another accommodation for a reasonable price. Totally unethical and Booking.com should not recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 4 weeks and the staff were very nice.we will definitely come back

The hotel and staff were very helpful. But there were a few staff that were amazing at what they do. Bekir Yasin, Murat and Cengizhan were so helpful in every way. Normally in hotels the staff is less helpful than the management but in this hotel management were so rude and arrogant. We were surprised.

Great hotel as a base for a ski holiday

The breakfast was excellent. The pool area was nice after skiing.

Comfortable and very clean!

Very clean loved the room. Not too far from Cappadocia if you have a car that is. As someone with sensitive skin the cleanliness of the hotel was the best feature.

The staff member that greeted us was not the friendliest. A little blunt and hostile for my liking.

Strange Spa. Nice rooms.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location is great as it is close to a mall for shopping as well as close to the airport for travel. Only a short one hour shuttle to Cappadocia. The restaurant and rooftop bar were nice.

The spa was super weird. I’ve traveled all over the world and I’ve never experienced anything like that. They wouldn’t let you enter the pool area without purchasing a bathing cap from them. So strange.

Nice Hotel with great SPA, nevertheless not for families nor skiing in Erciyes Ski Resort

Nice SPA zone

We booked for the family (2 adults + 2 kids) 35m2 Executive Room and when we arrived it turned out there was only 1 double bed available in the room. Ski shuttle bus is definitelly not for guest convinience, it serves as shuttle for staff to get to Radisson Blu Hotel, Mount Erciyes. This makes huge diffrencs especially when some lifts are closed, then you need to arrange a transportation beetwen the Ski resort gates by your own. Further more, shuttle has fixed hours 9.15 and return 17.45, even when lifts/slopes are closed (which happens very often due to wind) you need to wait until this time to return back to Kayseri. Huge space for improvments.
