Perfect stay for a short trip

The bed was so comfortable and cozy, I didn’t want to get up. The provided plates, cutlery and mugs were beautiful and clean and very useful, especially because there is a supermarket nearby and a small fridge in the room. The owner is the sweetest and kindest person - she worked very efficiently to explain everything I needed to know.

The heater was turned off during the day and it got quote cold in the room pretty quickly. If you are a light sleeper the room is not for you. The door of the room leads straight to the entrance of the building, so you people coming in and out (the main entrance door closing) and every single word people are talking right outside your door.

Our host was very kind and helpful. We made a couple days visit in the city and this apartment was suitable for this. The location of the apartment was realy great, two metro lines are within a 5-minute walk.

The apartment was clean and cozy with small attractive details, which I liked very much. The host is nice and very helpful. Really nice place to stay in Brussels.

Soundproofing insulation is not very good, so you can hear almost all the sounds from the corridor.

You have to be aware, that it is on the ground-floor facing the street. It’s a residential street with little traffic, so it’s quite, and there are bars in front of the window, so it is safe, and the windows are frosted glass, so it is private. But with the window open, pedestrians look straight into the room.

Martine's place was absolutely perfect. The bedroom was very clean and cozy, and it is equipped with everything you might need for a short stay in Brussels. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, only two blocks away from the tram line which takes you to the train stations and the city center, so that made it extremely easy to move around the city. I would definitely recommend it!

it’s just a room but still very well planned - with little fridge and water kettle, plates and cutlery so easy to have breakfast or simple meal. it was super clean and comfy, and just a nice space ! also good location if you want to be close to st Gilles the owner was super nice and responsive and very very easy checkin and all worked super well.

the only think is that it’s street level so if you like having the window open at night it feels a bit weird when ppl pass by. it they can’t see in but it’s still a bit weird. but it’s not a noisy or busy street so it was fine anyway

I liked this place so much! It was clean with a confi bed, coffee maker, tv, and everything one needs for a few days in Brussels. Easy to reach from airport using public transportation, which is really appreciated!

Martine (host) was very helpful and very friendly, let us in the apartment early as we had a arrived early and also gave us directions from the airport, (trams & busses very close ) we found it not far to many attractions ( Booking.com does advertise this as bed and breakfast but it isn’t) the supermarket is around the corner Would highly recommend this accommodation

Nos encantó este alojamiento

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. A pesar de no estar en el centro, la estación de bus y de metro quedaba a 5 minutos caminando. También me gustó que es muy cómodo, completo. El baño y la cama espectaculares. Tiene un espejo de cuerpo completo. Buena calefacción, agua caliente. Había una nevera pequeña, café, cafetera, secador de pelo. Todo limpio. La anfitriona también fue muy amable.

Por decir algo, me hubiese gustado que el alojamiento tenga un microondas y que esté un poco más iluminado en el área del espejo, pero eso es gusto personal. No tiene nada de mal este alojamiento.

Tökéletes szállás egy rövid, 2-3 napos Brüsszeli látogatás idejére.

A városközpont a szállás közeléből induló 48-as busszal könnyen elérhető, de a 4, 10-es villamosmegállója is ott van az utca végében. A szállásadó nagyon kedves volt. A szoba mindent tartalmazott amire a 2 éjszaka alatt szükség volt. Kapszulás kávéfőző kapszulával, vízforraló teafilterrel, csoki, keksz, zabkása a reggelihez, pohár, tányér, hajszárító, esernyő. Minden tökéletes volt. Bátran ajánlom, mert ár-érték arányban nagyon kedvező.

Gute Lage für den Stadtbesuch

Ein ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Wasserkocher und Nespressomaschine. Modernes Bad. Ruhige Lage. Normales Doppelbett. Es ist nur ein kurzer Weg zur Straßenbahn, mit der man ins Zentrum kommt.

Es gibt kein Parkhaus in der Nähe, man muss in der Straße parken und täglich ein Parkticket kaufen. WICHTIG! Auf keinen Fall Fahrräder am Auto lassen! Uns wurden sie vom abgesperrten Fahrradträger geklaut, trotz abmontierter Sättel und zusätzlich angebrachten Fahrradschlössern. Die Wirtin hat uns (hinterher) erzählt, sie hätte eine Abstellmöglichkeit im Haus gehabt.

Veel privacy. Locatie op loopafstand 20 min. van concertzaal National Vorst Met de tram op 300 meter snel in het centrum en station Brussel midi/zuid Intermarche supermarkt op loopafstand

Geen balkon of plek om buiten te zitten. Geen lekkere zitplek binnen (wel 2 krukjes om op te zitten en sidetable om aan te eten)
