Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good and sufficient variety.

Lovely woman who checked us in ! spoke to us all about the area and where’s best to travel (and recommended an brilliant waffle house) , excellent customer service and breakfast spread was also every accommodating, would recommend to anyone travelling to brussels and needs close access to brussels-midi as it’s a max 20 min walk

Everything was acceptable, except that there was no central heating working in my room (and as I heard in many/most?) rooms. It was December and 3 degrees Celsius outside at night (and the day I left, they expected 0C). They gave me a portable electric heater that could not really heat the room and it was noisy and uncomfortable. The price was high--no special deal--and this was totally unexpected. Otherwise, things were OK and the breakfast was good.

3 lads over to watch Royal Union - we failed to realise the match was 30 miles away in Leuven.For what we wanted the hotel ticked the boxes.Area close by - St Gilles - good for pubs and restaurants.About a 15 minute walk from Midi/Zuid station ( Eurostar)

I accidentally booked a room for two when I only wanted a single. I messaged this hotel, who didn't answer my query and were only interested in being paid. My card company had stopped my card due to fraud. This hotel suggested I send the details of another card by Expedia message, where it says "do not send credit card details with Expedia messages". By this time I had lost faith in them and didn't want to stay there. However, they held me to ransom by refusing to cancel my booking. They understand that as a result of that I will be giving them a bad review, so here it is. They are clearly not interested in my repeat business and they should not get yours.

Very cozy and comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent.Recommendations for local restaurants were useful and we were very satisfied all round :-)

Disappointing experience.I dont think the walls are the best ones. We heard pretty much everything . I only slept 2h the night I was there.Breakfast was ok.Considering the distance from downtown, would not stay there again

Staff was amazing. I felt room could have been a little cleaner. Not terrible, but not up to standard. Lobby was very nice and quiet for working.

A clean and cosy hotel with a good service. The rooms are light and clean.A cosy hall with open bar to 24:00, free Computer and WiFi.. The breaksfast was good - not extraordinary. No noise from the street. Easy to walk - 30 minutes - to centrum - or close to bus. I can recommand Hotel De Fierlant. I will suggest the breakfastbuffet is moved to the opposite wall in the dining room. It was too crowed to get something from the buffet because of the way the buffet corner is organized

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast, easy to get to places by car or a 5 minute Uber. Will stay again during future trips.

Very good experience: spacious apartment for a family of five, very clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast.

The staff were really accommodating and sweet, and we really appreciated them and the tasty breakfast. The room, however, was really disappointing. The carpet was in desperate need of replacement - and looked so dirty it made us feel uncomfortable on entering and the heat was so stifling - even with an extra fan! We were very uncomfortable, unable to sleep and there was nothing we could do. The phone to reception didnt work. The windows wouldnt stay open and were right onto the street below. We had to request the wifi to be reset at least 4 times. This was supposed to be a treat for my daughter and it was a complete letdown in that regard. You dont want to check in and complain especially when the staff were so nice and there was nothing else they could do...

Travel tickets are available from the reception. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke English, always willing to assist with any queries. There are various restaurants and cafes/bars/ shops around the hotel, so although it only served breakfast, there is no shortage of places to eat. You can also order take-in food to eat at the hotel.

The lovely staff at reception were just fantastic. The room was small but clean, but the wifi was poor. May have been as we were in the room at the end of the corridor away from the modem.

Reception and Lobby are nice and cozy: I felt that the lobby/reception gave me a better impression than the room itself. You have access to a PC to print your tickets. Food was underwhelming: the breakfast was included in the price of the room, but the hotel has no restaurant. To be honest, I was not impressed with the quality and variety of food for breakfast. We came down in different days at 8am and, respectively 9am, but each time, there was almost no food left and I have not seen the staff refilling the empty platters. Communication was good: I contacted the hotel before our arrival to advise them that we might need late check-in (after midnight). It was mentioned in the check-in information that the check-in ends at midnight and that we need to inform them of any late arrivals. I did so, but I realized that this information was not true as they reply from the hotel was simply that the reception is open 24/7. Room was old-fashioned and had a broken window, but it was clean: The room had old furniture and it reminded me of the hotels I have seen in the old American movies. We had only one power plug, which was not convenient to charge two phones. The noisy fridge made me remember my student days when I used to live in the university dorms. But, although the first impression of the room was not the great, it was quite clean.

Clean, good location, reasonable price, Excellent breakfast.

One night stay for business. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. Unfortunately a little noisy in the road facing room I had but not too bad. Did not really get chance to see the surrounding area but Gare du Midi was 15 minute walk away so easy access into the centre of Brussels. Would certainly use it again and spend more time investigating the surrounding area.

It was just amazing. I have stayed in many hotels before in Brussels but Fierlant made me feel home. The staffs were fantastic. I had my friends who came to visit me at the hotel. We stayed in the lounge I bought some drinks the next thing we heard some Congolese music being played in the background to accommode us. That was brilliant amazing we all love it and it was an ice on the cake - Marvellous. I also enjoyed the breakfast.
